      This company is reporting a false debt on my credit. I have never had an account with them and dont owe them any money. Please have them remove it from reporting agencies.

      This company has bought out my contract with brinks 2 months ago I never knew anything about it I closed that account October or 2023 and just now receiving this text from them saying I owe 123 dollars. So I called brinks they said they only sent over 49.86 to this company for me to pay. This company then goes and adds a 60 dollar late fee and 11 dollar interest on me with out getting in contact with me. They have a cease and desist in Idaho for not being licensed to I am really trying to figure out if they are licensed and are yall going to let this company keep charging people without telling them or getting in contact with them first that don’t look good for the state of sc better bureau. Also I closed my account and closed it just like I was supposed to but they idamized my bill and sent a final bill that I never received or knew about.

      Zion Debt Holdings showed up on my Equifax credit report, reporting a debt of $528
      I have no idea who this company represents, or what this debt is for. I have never been contacted by this company concerning this debt. Furthermore, when I try to dispute the claim via the credit karma site, the claim disappears which leaves me no way to dispute it. There is also no contact information on the report to be able to contact the debtor to inquire about the debt or resolve it. This leaves me with absolutely zero options to rectify this matter

      I had filed bankruptcy on the original owner of this account. Then this company buys the account and put it on my credit report! I had talked to them numerous times and told them they can call my bankruptcy attorney and gave them the information! My attorney said they can NOT continue to persuade this account that I owed Vivint!!! I won’t this account removed off my credit report immediately!!!

      I am rejecting this response because: I received numerous calls from this company. I explained to them that this account that they purchased was included in a bankruptcy case. I gave them my attorney name address and phone number after I called my attorney and verified this was included in bankruptcy. My attorney also said that it is not the responsibility of them or myself to give them this information and instructed to call the bank they purchased the account from.

      ZIONS DEBT HOLDINGS sent me a bill for debt which had been in dispute with another collections company for over a year. This is a duplicate collection for debt held by another company. Moreover, ZIONS added interest and fees that more than doubled the debt in question, without any prior notice nor opportunity for me to avert (or dispute). They have provided no proof of ownership of the debt, no accounting of the charges, and they were informed that another unrelated company is pursuing the same debt. Their agent was rude on the phone and threatened to damage my credit if I didn't pay, and they made the same threat by email. Their tactics are to threaten and intimidate. I provided them with a "zero balance due" accounting summary from the original service provider and they ignored it.

      I am rejecting this response because:  ZIONS' proposed timing of 30 days for me to receive their response is unacceptable, as they threaten (in writing) to report a delinquent payment to credit bureaus within that period.  According to ZIONS, I have only 30 days to resolve this matter.  Also, there are other facets to my complaint that ZIONS has failed to acknowledge or respond.  ZIONS' claim is duplicate to another claim for the same debt held by another company.  I cannot be beholden to two unrelated collection companies for the same debt.  Finally, there's the matter of unsubstantiated fees and interest.  If ZIONS claims it "just purchased this debt from Brinks," how is it that I've accumulated interest and fees that have more than doubled the original amount?  How is that possible?  I have requested an accounting, which ZIONS has not provided.

      Again, Zions Debt Holdings, LLC are not able, willing to provide any legal document showing that I owe them or any company that they claim to represent any past dues, fees, membership fees etc.

       

      Ant dealings that I had in the past with Brinks home security were cancelled, closed and there should be no pending owed fees.

      Zions Debt Holdings, LLC will need to provide proof, and they are unable to do so as this is a predatory approach of lets try to intimidate and see if we can extort.

      Im filing this complaint in conjunction with a brinks complaint. Zions debt holding purchased a non existing debt from brinks in my name. Neither company communicated until it was on my credit report. Sounds like they are doing business without a license. Will seek legal action if not resolved.

I have reached out to my states Attorney General, as Zions does not have a license to collect debt in this state. I suggest anyone reading this should do the same. Check if they have a license and contact your Attorney General if not.

      I actually don’t know who this company is as I have been paying off my bills regularly. I’m trying to get my credit score up which I have been doing and I just got an email from this saying that I owe money and I don’t know who it’s too. The only thing that I can think of that it might be brings alarm systems of which I had an account but canceled three or years ago because I was not happy with it. I’m not gonna pay for something that I was not happy with and thought it was taken care of. That’s the only problem that I see and I’ve corresponded with the company I believe the last time was last year. I had all of the equipment removed from in my house.
