      They know how to work the credit system. The got a hold of a 20 year old contract from an alarm company that we have not done business with for 20 years and did not owe them anything out of the blue this shady company put this debt on our credit report only thing they sent to me was our old contract I emailed them NUMEROUS times asking for an itemized billing the original of what I owe. no response but the credit bureau just take their word that this is legit because of a **************************************************************************************************************************************** this copy of a old contract saying I owe 500 dollars we are getting our lawyers involved

      This company has sent a collection to the credit bureau on a debt that is not mine. This person has the same name as mine. I went through this in March of 2023 with another debt collection company and they told me this person was using my SS#. So I filed an identity theft report with the government and went to the local police department and file a complaint. This woman is not using my SS# and the debt company ******* until they found someone with the same name and sent the collection notice to me. After the collection company realized I filed a complaint and report, as far as I knew this was resolved and now Zions has popped up. I went to the police department again and will file a complaint with the police department in the town they are located In ****.. What they are doing is criminal and needs to stop!!! All this work to clear my name is time consuming and very stressful and Im tired of it!!!!

      This company is harassing me for a debt that I don't owe. I explained the situation and they basically said tough....pay it or we are reporting you to the credit bureaus by ** date. I am tired of getting threatening text messages and calls.

      This company is trying to charge me for a debt that Im already paying with another company they sent me a text message and a letter saying that I owe a higher amount than usual. Also not the right opening debt dates. Oh and worst part of this all they are somehow reporting on my credit report. This has been disputed.

      I had a report on my credit from this company showing I owed $644. I had already filed identity theft and a police report because *** never heard of protect America and never had a brinks account. I was barely an adult and lived with my mom. Barely out of high school. They are rude. They wont show a real contract. They showed me a document that had my name digitally typed in as a signature which obviously wasnt me. They havent mailed me any proof or a legal document showing I had a debt. They hang up on you and send you mean emails. This is a SCAM. These people will try to scam you into paying for something you never had. ********.

      They are reporting inaccurate information to my credit report I have been unable to resolve my dispute because the information Transunion have requested they have no received they are not the original creditor of my account Vivint is and the balance and options have been discussed with Vivint Zion Debt Holdings are fraudulent and they are nasty they don't have correct information for anything

      I contacted to Zions for information on debt and how they charge late fees and interest on a bill. They refuse to not report to credit bureau since didn't pay today. Refused manager name.. Advised they could stop the reporting whereas, I called at 2pm Est.**************
