    I hired Tony N****** in April of 2023. He was to do some landscaping work for me in my front yard. He was to do some concrete work, Retaining wall, Decorative curbing, and a sprinkler system. He wanted half the money upfront which is expected when working with contractors. He then demanded the remaining money before he was even half done, because he needed it for "supplies". He never finished the full job. After the first part was complete he suddenly left the country and left me to one of his workers to get things finished. When I told the co-worker I needed the Sprinklers finished and the curbing done, he said they don't do curbing. I told him it is on my contract I signed with Tony. He was going to try and get a separate subcontractor to do it until he found out I had already paid for it. He said he didn't know what Tony had done with the money. The co-worker quit contacting me until Tony got back into the country. When Tony got back he promised they would get it finished. Multiple times He promised he would show up and never did. In the end he quit communication all together. I had to hire out the remaining work which came up to an additional $2000 out of pocket. I also lost my Escrow money from my builder of $3500. In the end I was out of $5,500 because of Tony's lying and incompetence. I feel Tony should reimburse me for the money I had to pay out of pocket to finish his job, as well as the money I lost from the builder for not having the job done on time. The last time Tony contacted me was Aug 16, and the last time I tried to contact him was Sept 11.

    Also, Tony has now changed the name of his company to UnderKava Concrete. I cannot find a license for the name of that company, but the phone and address are the same for JNS Concrete & UnderKava Concrete.
