    I have 1 star because I couldnt give less. **** took 50% down payment, then didnt do the work. We had to keep calling him, he kept missing the promised dates to get started. Eventually we talked to him and expressed that we were going to have to het our money back so we could go with someone else. He said it would be done that weekend. He poured 2 big rectangular pads in our back yard that werent supposed to be there and one of them has what looks like a 4 foot tall garden box around it. We will now have to pay someone to remove all that so we can start all over. When I called to ask him about the box and pads he said its what was requested. I told him to check the drawing I had originally sent to him and said that we need our money refunded. He said he wouldnt pay it back and if we call the cops, its ok with him because it will give him a free place to live and 3 meals a day. He never answered any of our calls or messages after that.
