    I placed an order with Just Meats on October 22nd, 2024 and got a confirmation email saying the order was placed and never heard more. I reached out to customer service on November 25th, 2024 asking for the status of my order and was told they were having issues and the order should ship within the next week or two. I never received anymore information after that. I emailed again on December 19th asking for an update and saying I’d prefer a refund. On December 30th I emailed again saying I no longer was interested in receiving the order and wanted a refund as soon as possible and still was never contacted back. I attempted to call the customer service number and got an error message saying the number was temporarily disconnected. I was charged for the order when it was placed and have not received a refund, the order, or any contact from this company.

    Date of transaction11/26/2024. Ordered meat to be delivered. Delivery notice that it would be late. Checked 2 weeks later and said having shipment problems and would be resolved and now the entire website is unavailable. I am unable to contact them. Still no meat and they have my money. I have had 3 previous orders from this business with no problems and now the busyness seems gone.

    Placed an order 10/21/24 for $80.55. Never received my order. Reached out to company and received an email it is delayed. Never received the order, asked for a refund and never received.

    I placed an order for the product 10/10/24 and they never shipped the product and stole my money and stopped answering my emails. They have never refunded me or sent me the products that I paid for. They have no shame and do not care about their customers.

    Paid Just Meats for an order 10/5/2024. The company still has not sent the product. They are currently shut down and not responding to emails.

    I had a subscription with this company to receive a shipment roughly every 2 weeks. In October, I delayed one of my orders but was charged anyways. Later in the month, I was charged for another order (this would have been the only order I was supposed to be charged for). The company did not ship either order due to "logistical problems". After discussing with customer support, they refunded the initial order and in subsequent correspondence, they offered to refund the second order since it never shipped. Since then, they have gone silent and have not issued the refund.

    I placed my order on 11/12/24. I contacted the company 2 weeks later to find out where my order was and they told me they were having logistics issues, it's on the way soon. I tried to contact them again in another 2 weeks just to find out that the phone was disconnected, there was no email response, and the company had gone dark. I just want my money returned to me.

    Placed order on 10/29 but have not received the product. Tried reaching out to the business many times through phone any email but the phone has been disconnected and the website is no longer active. Was told via a mass customer service email that their subscriptions have been temporarily paused until January and but now it appears that the business shut down without notice.

    Tried to get refunded and tried to get my bank to dispute the transaction but to no avail.

    PLACED AN ORDER ON 10/18. PLACED NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS SENT WHEN PRODUCT WAS NOT RECEIVED. ATTEMPTED TO CALL TODAY AND NUMBER DISCONNECTED AND WEBSITE CLOSED. I JUST WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED SINCE I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PRODUCT

    I placed an order with them Nov 4 for food delivery just meats. Keep checking with them as to when it would arrive. Keep saying it’s delayed. I asked for a refund. Twice. Now they are saying operations won’t continue in Jan
