    Placed an order 10/10/2024 and never received. I started requesting a refund and got no response. I have been sending an email every few days and still no response.

    Never received the order I placed on Oct 5th. Keep getting emails about shipping delays and was offered a $50 off promo code. Now, almost 3 months later, no responses, no refund, and their website is down.

    If I could leave less than a 1 Star I would. I placed an order on October 22, 2024, for $138.98, a good variety so I could find what I liked and order more the next time. Set up a subscription for monthly. 3 weeks later I call to get an update on my order, and I was told they didn't have an update for me. But for my troubles they gave me a coupon for my following delivery for $35. A decent customer service experience. The guy was as kind as I'd expect. Today 11-25-24 I call for an update on my order and after a couple calls and voicemails I receive a call back. Was offered another $35 partial refund this time, or I can wait 2 weeks and if I still hadn't received my product by then a full refund would be offered. I cancelled today and asked for my further subscription to be cancelled. I've read almost no good reviews so far, although a co-worker said it was great. I gave it a shot and I will be taking business elsewhere. The guy on the phone was kind again but I could tell he was irritated by my choice in resolving the issue. Try to do better or shut it down Just Meats.

    Terrible! I would give zero stars. Their delivery time is abysmal and they don't communicate about it with customers at all. My first order was more than 3 weeks late. I never received any communication that my order was late. I had to call and ask about it. I tried one more time. My second order is going to be 5 weeks late. Again, I received no notification that my order was going to be so late. I didn't even receive an order confirmation this time. Again, I called in to check on my order.Unacceptable! I can understand delays from time to time, but you must communicate about it. I am absolutely taking my business elsewhere.

    They took my money a month and a half ago and they keep yanking my chain that its getting shipped and never gets shipped now theyre telling me its gonna take another two weeks. This company is a *************. I am canceling my subscription with them. I keep saying something about the shipping problem, but that was supposed to be resolved over a month ago. Be aware if you get stuff from these people.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order October 5th with hope that it would be delivered within the time frame its stated on their website. However Ive been told multiple times my order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Thats the excuse Im given every time I contact them and Im told your order will ship next week I asked for a refund and cancellation of my order and it was denied. At this point I doubt my order will ever be shipped.

    Ive been a loyal customer of ********************** for some time, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. In the past, theyve always sent a warning email before billing for an order. This time, however, they charged my account on October 30th without any notice ************* make matters worse, I still havent received the order, even after 12 days. I reached out to customer support multiple times, and while they initially offered a $15 credit, it hasnt been applied, and Ive since canceled my subscription. I requested a direct refund instead, but now theyve gone completely silent. No updates, no responses to my follow-up emailsits like theyve disappeared.This is terrible customer service, and Im beyond frustrated. At this point, I just want my refund and some acknowledgment of the issue. I expected much better from a company that *** trusted for so long.

    Started out great, but then started having shipping delays and quality issues. I placed an order on October 15th for which I was immediately charged. As of 11/6/24 the order still hasn't shipped yet and Just Meats refuses to refund the balance and cancel the order.Stay far away from this company

    The intent for ordering from Just Meats was for my college son to help offset grocery store trips and costs....but no more!Don't waste your time on Just Meats...the shipping and product fulfillment is worse than calling it a "joke". Ordered on Oct ******* (order ******) and when I called after being in the dark due to no communication from the company on Nov 11th, was told they were ONLY shipping to the ********** this week and my order wouldn't be shipped for another 8 days!...yeah, another 8 days!....who only ships to one side of the country per week? So, this was the second and last time (gave me a 30% after the first debacle in September - order ******). 2 strikes, shame on me. Save yourselves the aggravation.

    The product is great and we used them more a lot time but lately you pay for your order and wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. Now I have an order placed on October 3rd and as of oct 29th they refuse to refund our money and refuse to ship the meat, telling me it may ship in a week we dont know
