    Our experience has been great with green defense. Their technicians are courteous and attentive and if weve ever had a problem theyve been willing to come back to our house to re-spray or spray where they had missed. And we dont have bugs in our house with their treatment.

    DO NOT USE! They said this was a trial and that we could cancel at any time. My wife is a witness. But now they are trying to charge me $190 to cancel, contrary to what they said. Furthermore, I currently seeing 5 bugs on my window which their treatment did not help with. Furthermore, they ignored my "No solicitation" sign on my door. Dishonest people.

    Our salesmen offer discounted prices to those who are in areas we already service. We use mobile devices to obtain electronic signatures on service agreements before scheduling the first service. At the first service, the technician has the customer initial and sign a second paper document with the same terms of service and cancelation. The cancelation fee is paying the full value of the initial service that was originally discounted, and is contained in the electronic document, which is emailed to the customer following signing. This document also explains that pest sightings may initially increase as we disrupt their activity, but we warranty any services we complete by offering free reservices at any point in between scheduled appointments.

    DO NOT USE! They charge a fee despite only saying it would be a trial basis. Will charge you a fee for the entire year if you try yo cancel them despite only being 1 month in and them spraying your property once. READ THE SCAM CONTRACT! They will try to blackmail you!

    Customer service with these guys is horrible, tech came on a day that it was raining, I told them not to service my property ever, when it was storming, they came by again when I was not home the following week and again it was a torrential rainstorm, they sprayed and left a tag on my door, I emailed them about the situation and to cancel my service and they emailed back saying they would waive the fee, then the next month they sent me another bill for the service that was supposed to be waived, when we contacted them and again told them to cancel AGAIN, they threatened to turn us in to collections. Do Not fall into this trap! Extremely poor customer service, if I could give a zero or minus I would. I have owned many businesses in my life and would never treat a customer in such a manner, I guess they dont care

    They have always been great! They call me when they are done servicing and I have seen a significant decrease in Wasps and mosquitos in my yard. No complaints here!

    AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! Deceitful sales associate, terrible customer service responses, technicians incompetent. Sales came by saying 'just in the area, today!' I allowed for treatment that day. They have since come by twice while I am not home and applied outside pest control only. Their contract was outdoor and indoor pest control. I reached out to them the first time it happened and requested face-to-face consent from my husband or I. It has since happened AGAIN!! And now that I'm trying to cancel any future services and contract, they are not responding.
