      Installing a fiber optic cable would have been too disruptive for our application, Infowest suggested fiber wave as an alternative internet connection. The technician arrived and explained the installation - it was done very quickly with very little disruption. Fiber wave is much faster than the *** it replaced. We are very happy with Infowest and their service and would highly recommend to anyone who does want the complication/disruption of installing fiber optic.

      Ive had Info West Internet for a little bit over a year. They were the first ones I called when I moved here. Everything has been great. If something does go wrong I call and theyre so good to help you with whatever it is to get it fixed and thats not very often. Great Company and Great Internet Service.

      They have excellent customer service and for the most part, great internet, but it has gone out (locked up-no internet) a few times with no explanation.

      Ive had InfoWest for about five years now. Before that I had ****** Net. I had then for about a year and service was so bad I paid a fee to break my contract. It seemed their service was down more than it was up. InfoWest has proven to be reliable and the one time I called customer service, they had me back up within minutes. I have recommended InfoWest to all my friends.

      Been a customer since 2020. Exceptional service. They came to my house to fix a problem I didnt even know I had. Said they could tell I wasnt getting the speed I should be getting by looking at my account at their office. All good, no problems. Would definitely recommend InfoWest to everyone!
