      I love InfoWest. Their service is phenomenal and their customer service/support is the absolute best. I cant imagine using another company, ever.Keep up the great work and service.

      Great company easy to work with. They were very kind and even came up with me in the attic to spec out the Install. Went above and beyond customer service. They helped me plan out wiring even though it was not at all part of their job description. Oh and did I mention there next to no wait time. Unlike TDS who put me on hold for 3 hours and was rude and wouldn't talk to me because it was now after hours. So so so happy with the switch to infowest!

      We are fairly new to InfoWest, but so far we are very satisfied. The installer was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all our questions. The best thing about is the price..so much better that what we were pay at our previous provider. They are also very easy to reach when we have further questions.

      I have had very reliable service since 2015 and the $29.95 price is only just now going up a little.

      I have been very happy with the service from Infowest since I started using it 3 years ago. I can say I have not had one single time that I was unable to use it or quickly restore the service if it happened to disconnect.,,,,,usually my own fault. I give them 5 stars.

      Ive never had ANY problems with Infowest and would recommend them 100%. Their office staff is always friendly and courteous, and they have superior tech support when called.

      Infowest has excellent technical support, usuall can solve a problem quickly over the phone, but if it requires an equipment upgrade or swap, they schedule an apppointment quickly and get the problem resolved. For the most part, the service is very reliable, but if the internet stops working they seem to be aware and are already working the issue before i call to report it. The customer support is friendly and knowledgeable, overall a very reliable service.
