    I purchased Seint make up through one of their beauty consultants on Instagram and was shipped product last fall. I started noticing some black what appeared to be fibers in my blush and didn't think too much of it because I thought it might be too due to the brushes. And then I noticed some fibers or hairs in the other cream products and at 1st thought they were due to my dog who sheds a lot. Yesterday I started pulling mass amounts of fiber out of all of the tins! Omg! I can't believe how much hair there is. I contacted my beauty consultant and she literally told me it was probably "environmental debris". She didn't state whether it was environmental debris from manufacturing or debris from my home but there's absolutely no way in a sealed container that this much hair got into this product in my home. I have emailed the company and sent them photographs of it of which I have a bunch. My beauty consultant seemed to think it was not a big deal and brush the whole thing off. The fact that she came up with the answer so quickly of "environmental debris" makes me think this is not the 1st time she's heard of this. The saddest thing is it's the only makeup I have with me on vacation and I actually like the effect that I get by it but now I'm grossed out by using it.

    Cream makeup can definitely attract hairs and fuzz most commonly found on makeup brushes but also from the environment the makeup is stored in. This order was purchased in November 4, 2022 and does not qualify for a replacement. Cleaning the debris that attaches to your cream makeup is easy and tweezers can be used. It's also a good idea to make sure your brush is free from debris before dipping it into your cream makeup.

    Return request on 2/3 2023 **** got box on 2/4 2023 on the way on 2/4 2023 at 1:24 pm. Back in warehouse on 2/7 2023 at 12:20 pm. I have tracking no.I have had no email on my refund order of around $270.00 being refunded to my account. I contacted Seint with no comment from them. I didn't like the quality of anything l bought. Now I'm afraid they will drag the return out over the 30 day limit. I received the box on 2/2 and.returned it on 2/3 2023 .I think I should have had a notice from them by now on my refund. I also think Seint should have a.customer service you could take to for problems whey they come up thank you for your time.*******************************

    Hi, I used to be an artist with seint makeup and I loved the products when I used them. Life got crazy and I stopped wearing makeup completely and recently, around Christmas time, I told my husband for Christmas I wanted all new makeup that I could wear and I wanted seint brand since I loved it so much before. He purchased over $300 worth of makeup in December and I opened it on Christmas Day and then got sick with the flu so I didnt even get to start using it until the first week of January. After trying to use it again I realized it jsut wasnt working with my skin like it used to. I was breastfeeding back when I first used this and my skin was completely different then it is now. This makeup makes me face break out terribly and *** tried all the tips and tricks I learned as an artist and nothing is working, I just think I need to try a different type of makeup for my skin type now. My husband reached out via email to try to get a refund on the product and we were told that he could use the holiday refund policy which was a return of the product for store credit. The things is, I dont want anymore of this makeup because its not working for me. So a store credit would be completely useless for me. He has emailed back multiple times expressing the same thing and nobody is replying. I am completely disappointed in the lack of customer service weve been provided. I still recommended you guys to my customers, **************** but I dont intend to anymore. I hardly used my makeup and would just like a refund for the $300+ we spent on it that now is going completely to waste because we dont need store credit and are being ignored. Please reply to this message and let me know what my options are. Thank you

    Our return policy timeframe for gifts purchased November 7th through December 24 was extended through Monday, January 25, 2023 for Seint store credit only. This order was delivered December 12. If this order was returned by January 12 2023, it would have qualified for a full refund. If this order was returned by January 25, it would have qualified for store credit only. This order has not been returned and does not qualify for a refund. We can make an extension on the store credit window if this order is returned to us and postmarked by February 9, 2023. ************************************************

    I purchased a palette and make up from seint and the quality is not safe for make up products. I opened my product and there are fibers, maybe hairs, and other unknown things in the product. The facilities that this product is made in should be investigated, this product is disgusting and I would never put it on my face

    I placed an order on 12/31/2022 and 01/02/2022. The order placed on 12/31 shipped but the tracking information has not changed. I reached out to Seint but no response. Worst case I will contact PayPal and get a refund. But its unfortunate Im looking forward to trying the makeup so hopefully my package is located and properly shipped

    Placed an order on November 30 and followed up two weeks later to see about the status of my order. After a few days, they informed me that they had canceled my order without notice because they deemed it fraudulent. I have ordered from this company many times, but I recently moved, and so the only thing that had changed on my account was my new billing address and shipping address. The company took no action to determine whether this was fraudulent, they simply canceled my order. I had ordered materials for a class fundraiser / party and teacher gifts, so I was stressed as I needed to scramble for new things last minute and humiliated by the poor quality of what I was able to find and bring. The company invited me to place a new order, having now determined that my original order wasnt fraudulent, but its too late for my purposes. This company is unreliable and does not put their customers first.

The transaction was cancelled pending the conclusion of our investigation which remains ongoing.     I am rejecting this response because: there is no basis for canceling my order. Why would it matter whether I know the person I ordered from? Thats the point of a network marketing company to sell to your network. This company states that they are currently investigating, but it has not reached out to speak with me, or asked me any follow-up questions, or returned my email to them. Based on their response, it sounds they have somehow determined my relation with the sales person, which feels very violative of my personal life and privacy rights. I do not want companies looking into my relationships, to determine whether to honor my orders or not. It is wrong for them to simply cancel a customers order with no notice and arbitrary excuses. This is the reason network marketing companies have such a bad reputation.
