    I started noticing that I would have what appeared to be silver glitter on my face after applying my makeup. By the time i figured out that it was flakes of the finish coming off of the makeup brushes, all of my makeup has been compromised with bits of metal flakes. This makeup system and brush collection was a big investment that is now unusable. It is also dangerous, I have gotten metal flakes in my eyes. I would expect this from cheap brushes but these are expensive. **************** will do nothing. I am past my 30 day return.

    I purchased order ******* on 01/21/24 for $297.71. It arrived 6 days later on 1/27/24. Basically I tried the makeup and it didn't work for me for a variety of reasons. The first issue I had was that the makeup was way too dark for my light/pale complexion. They literally don't have makeup for people with my skintone. Also, the makeup oxidized within minutes of wearing (turned even darker). My other issue was that the colors/tones the company represented the product with (pictures) were completely inaccurate. The demi colors in particular were lot less saturated than shown. The demi colors and the lip/cheek color were ai much warmer than the company represented online. I'm cool toned and they had nothing for me at all. Literally nothing worked, but I had the 30 day trial period so I thought ok I'll return. Now they are trying to pull the complete nonsense that 'the demi colors were on sale so can't be returned' line. The only reason I purchased the demi line at all was that your makeup 'artists' recommended them as eyeshadow/cheek colors & the colors were completely misrepresented by the company. The company didn't offer cheek/eye shades I liked, and they know this, so they and their 'artists' recommend the demi line...and then they pull the 'It was $5 off when you bought it so you can't return' Especially when I'm a new customer and it was part of my introductory set. Another problem I had was that the 'palette' was made of paper. It was so flimsy & didn't even fit the size set they said it would. The palette could never close...I'm just all around upset, the customer service 'artists' were also so rude to keep mentioning the demi ******** couldn't be returned...even though two different artists gave me two different reasons why. I just don't want a hassle to get my full refund. I'm about to return it now. They won't let me return the other demi colors, but I'm going to return them anyways. I want a full refund.

    Terrible service. Will only accept three items back for refund when I ordered more! Paying for product that doesnt live up to the hype. Representative wont get back to me. The makeup doesnt spread on easily for me. I've had no follow up help. Very disappointed in this. Guess Lancme isnt so bad after all!

    Long lasting makeup. Very worth the price. BUT, its not for older skin. Its heavy and shows every fine line and wrinkle.

    horrible experience so far. I ordered from an artist and my order got sent in under someone's name who i briefly chatted with. I have emailed the company several times and get nothing but a generic response. There is NO phone number that you can call... i.e. no customer service. Do not buy from these people. If I could give them less than one start i would .

    I strongly advise against signing up as an artist with this platform. My experience trying to cancel my artist account over the past four months (long story short I thought it was canceled and it wasn't I somehow over looked the charge for over a year as it was on a business account and I have a lot of little expenses coming out) has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite providing evidence of my cancellation request, they claim I never canceled and are now avoiding any form of communication.What's worse, my credit card continues to be charged, despite numerous emails exchanged with their customer care corporate department, which I find to be sketchy and unresponsive. To date, I've been charged for 1.5 years, a total of $12 per month. Their refusal to discontinue these charges led me to file a credit card fraud claim on my business card, which now entails the cumbersome task of untangling my business card from all associated accounts and updating my payment method.I cannot adequately express the extent of my frustration with this company. It's not just a mere inconvenience; it's an ongoing ordeal that reflects poorly on their integrity and customer service.

    What ever you DO NOT sign up to be an artist. I have been trying to cancel my artist account for 4 months with no resolution. My credit card continues to be charged even after numerous emails back and forth. This is a fraud.

    You pay $20 for one tin of makeup. If its the wrong shade, they will exchange it for a different shade. But they have a re-stocking fee. I only received $11 back from that return. Now if I want to buy a new shade, its another $20. So really Ill end up paying $29 for one tiny tin of makeup. Seems sketchy to me when you dont know what shade to buy and need to switch it out. If I keep needing a different shade, Im going to pay a fortune on shipping and re-stocking. At that point I might as well buy something else. Because the make-up itself is just OK.

    I was more than a little excited to receive the makeup as I had only seen great reviews online and I have never paid this much for makeup before (to be fair, Ive only purchased from target and ******* and a few times from Ulta but Im nearly 30 years old and I have quite a bit of experience with good quality inexpensive makeup). The four small tins and makeup brush cost me $104 plus tax. Im a little bummed and I was surprised at just how small the tins are. The correct dimensions are given onsite, but tins seemed larger on tutorials I have watched. I remember hearing many a time during tutorials that small amounts of the makeup go a long way, so I first attempted to apply very sparingly more on this in a moment. The condition they arrived in wasnt great. It wasnt appalling condition, but the makeup looked gritty in some parts of the tin and sweaty in appearance in other parts compared to what I had seen in reviews. The tins were kind of just thrown in the shipping packet and I wondered if they werent kept at the right temperature or if I got a bad batch but its all four tins so thats unlikely. The blush was in better shape than the contour and the brightener. It just didnt look right. When applying the makeup, I was disappointed. It felt a little too much like the elf makeup I could get from ******* for $4. it applied kind of gritty and then it didnt seem to stay on. So different from the reviews I had seen. I washed and dried my face after applied and tried again and again. Maybe was the product damaged on the journey to my home? Or maybe its just not right for me?Like I said, I applied the product sparingly at first and when it seemed to wash out, I applied more and it started cakey but then kind of washed out again. I know so many people love it! I will be trying this product for next few days to see if Im just having an off day but after the results of today I think either the product isnt right for me or it was damaged.

    There customer care corporate **** is sketchy and non responsive. I received first order damaged and the tins and colors were dripping and burnt my hand from the heat.I kept calling my artist who said she doesn't do returns.I tried to ask for damages credit on my account.No response then 39 days were up!I tried again!!! The colors were incorrect names in the tins and again came used...no response!!! Icalled my bank and disputed the charges. I'm scared if I sent the products back they will day not returned or received.I am done.They say it's just 3 to 4 color palette but then you need to add this purchase more items to correct *************** has cost me over 400 in 2 months.I am so turned off and it com6 out different each time!!! No thanks
