    I have purchased through this company before and always received my orders within a week of placement. I make a purchase for approximately $68.00 on August 4, 2022. The products were supposedly shipped on the 8th and were expected to arrive on the 12th. I have absolutely no tracking posted after august 8th and the duos tracking only indicates now that the package is simply going to arrive late. I reached out to the **** and was advised to reach out to the company. There is no phone number listed and all communication is dove by email. I was told after 2 business was days of waiting for a response, to reach back out if my delivery didnt arrive in 3 weeks. That answer is not sufficient for me. I have emailed 2 more times and am now being ignored by customer service. At this point, I simply want a refund. I do not intend to ever purchase from this business again.

    This company has terrible/ no customer service. The phone number you can not leave a message and no one ever answers the phone. I have sent multiple emails in a day no response. I placed a ****** + order and was sent an empty makeup brush box,no brush! Like really? I am afraid this company could be a scam. I really do not want to be out the price of a brush. I really feel a reputable company at the very least could have a customer service phone number.

    The customer serves SUCKS! Cant call, they don't answer your emails. Impossible to get in touch with. Not even sure if anyone works in ***************** Their website crashes all the time and if you take too long things disappear out of your cart and you have to go through their website again looking for the products again. I have been trying to place a $250 order. I'm now thinking they did me a favor by making it impossible to get in contact with them and I will move on to a different makeup company.
