  I placed an order with Squatty Potty after reading about their product and the reviews out there on it. When I got my order, the product was cracked and chips of it in the bottom of the box, the box was not damaged in shipment so the product was already cracked and the shipment and bouncing around in the box unprotected cracked it further. The product was also dirty, like from sitting in a dirty wearhouse, they have no plastic around their product. I took pictures of the broken product and the pieces, etc., that was wrong and read their return policy. It stated they took returns and all you needed to do was request a Return Authorization, and notified you that any return was to be paid for by you. Well, I was not the one who damaged the item(s) and so I was requesting from them via the email address they provide a Return Authorization as well as a pre-paid shipping label. When I didn't hear from my 1st email, I sent a 2nd, and no response, I wrote on their web page for assistance, heard nothing, was sent a Product Review and told them their. No one responded. They have a phone number listed, so I called that, got the recorded message that stated they were not taking customer support by phone only from their email address.No where to resolve the problem.God, they sell on Amazon, ****************** if the product is being sent from Squatty Potty... these business will have fun doing returns, at least there I would have got my money back. My mistake was to do it through the business itself for a stupid discount. What a huge disappointment.I don't know what is wrong with businesses these days they all seem to cop out on being responsible, they take your money and send you c*** or don't send it to you at all and you have NO reprocussions to get your money back.

  I am very confused. I bought one of their products recently and immediately realized that was the wrong size for me. Their website states that they cheerfully respond to exchange requests. I sent an email to customer support two days after the product arrived with all the needed information for an exchange and received no response. I waited a week, re-sent the email and again there was no respond. I tried all the phone associated with the company and all were out of order except for the customer service phone number. At that number you only hear a recorded message stating that the company is no longer accepting customer support requests via the phone and the only option is to send an email.
