2 starsOn feb 3 , 2025 your company installed a new patio door and new windows around my house. Unfortunately,I am not pleased with the outcome of the work done.A great number of things were poorly that i would like to be fixed at your earliest convenience.patio door is not the door I ordered it is smaller.therefore the workers added wood fillers.The patio screen door is flimsy and barely locks. two windows do not lock and the screen is loose.two windows installed are to low the bottom is scratching the frame.I wonder about the price now. I SENT PICTURES OF EVERYTHING nobody has come to fix anything.the hallway window insulation in the glass is not correct. the bathroom window does not raise open all the way.Review fromColten S

2 starsI am really disappointed that I chose JKR Windows to replace old pre-existing windows. When you make a large purchase such as windows, you would expect quality work. I have experienced more leaks and drafts with the replacements than before. The majority of windows work and look good, but the job as a whole is very sloppy. Permanent messes were left behind and the window surroundings, interior and exterior, are filled in with unpleasant finish work. More caulking or lick and stick flashing for an incorrect measured and fitted window. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.Review fromNicholas C

5 starsI ordered my windows January of 2025 by the beginning of March. They were already installed. The installers really went above and beyond to make my house look amazing. I would 100% recommend jkr Windows to anyone looking for a high quality product at a very reasonable price. Their installers are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that you're happy before they left.Review fromLisa K

1 starWhile we are very pleased with our windows, we were unfortunately victim to a bait and switch on the terms of our financing. We were told that we were getting a special 0% interest deal for being a "show home" being the first in our neighborhood to buy our windows from them. We were repeatedly told that we would be getting a 0% interest deal and it was also confirmed by ************** when their representative was on the phone with them applying for our financing. When it came time to sign i asked that it be put in writing because on the contract it said 9.99%, I was assured he would fix it but was just unable to at that exact moment because everything was don't digitally on a tablet. Well months later we see on our bill that we are indeed being charged this interest and the company is not willing to do anything to help us. I signed a contract, true, under the condition it was added that we would be getting the deal we agreed to. This is an absolute bait and switch to get a sale and I am beyond disappointed in this company for how we were treated.Review fromJenn J.

*** has been so easy to work with and has been very helpful. The salesman has given me his number and I can reach out to him anytime with any questions I have. I don't advise anyone to trust this company plus they have terrible customer ********** has been 4 months since *** company employees first came to our door and measured our windows. I was asked to give a large down payment, which was 50% of the cost for 17 standard sized windows. I was told the company needed the downpayment to purchase the windows they would be installing in our home. After the initial visit, I had questions and tried multiple times during these past months to contact the company, only to get someone from an answering service who told me they couldn't connect me to anyone in the company but promised each time to send an urgent request for the next day's call back. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALLS OR TRIED TO CONTACT ME IN ANY WAY TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS! I was worried because I had never received a physical invoice, listing the price break-down for each window with the total cost. After several months of worrying about the money I had paid and if I would ever get our windows, on September *************************************** Operations. She told me she was going to be out of the office until October 15, but our windows had been shipped and she would call me as soon as she returned in order to schedule installation. It is now November 4 and she nor anyone else from the company has contacted me to schedule installation. I am not a happy customer and I'm seriously considering taking legal action to cancel the windows and recover the large downpayment I made, along with 4 months of 5.13% interest I lost by withdrawing the money from a ***************** Certificate.JKR Windows

Regarding your initial down payment, its our standard practice to request a portion upfront to secure materials for each project, and we apologize if this wasnt communicated as clearly as it should have been. The delay in communication is also unacceptable, and were working internally to ensure more timely follow-up for all clients. Please be assured that your windows have indeed shipped, and were ready to set an installation date.

The service is horrible.we ordered windows back in march, they came in the end of June.scheduled to be placed in August but didn't show up then waited until end of September and they showed up over 2 hours late and then the basement windows were not measured correctly so they had to reorder them, over a month later a lady calls and asks my husband if all the window were placed and he stated no they were to order the basement ones because the size was wrong. She states they were never ordered and those guys no longer works for them. We will sent someone out to measure again but they never showed up and now we are waiting for a call back from the company. We paid for half the windows when we ordered them back in march and then they charged us the final amount before the windows were even installed.JKR Windows

Feel like we were on candid camera getting punk'd by ***. All roses and **** with the salesperson when we decided to go with them at the end of June '24. installation began 2 1/2 months later on 09/17/24. From then, it was over 3 weeks of empty promises and disappointment. 1st day of install, as the installers were leaving, I asked why they hadnt put back up the window treatments (blinds, shades, etc), and he told me we were supposed to be the one doing the taking down and putting them back up. That is not what we agreed to. We were told by the salesperson that it would be, like they were never here." Also, on the first day, the installers trashed our garden in the front and broke one of the shutter frames and didnt let us know. Then, last 2 windows to install and said they couldnt proceed because of the crossbar in the shudders and told us we would need to find and hire someone to have them taken down. I explained that the salesperson said the shutters would not be a problem at all, and his said I dont care what the salesperson said. Salesperson again, agreed to get handled, escalated, and zero follow up. After us following up every few days for several weeks, escalated to "corporate" and they sent back the same installers?! Who, inconveniently called on a Saturday morning 10/05/24 at 7:00am saying they were on their way and didn't show up until 9am. They proceeded to put in the last 2 windows with the shudder issue, finish the caulking and flashing on the rest. Did not tell us they were done and left with all new windows filthy with handprints and sticker residue as well as our front entrance a mess again - and large bag of garbage outside the front door. As of a week later, today, 10/12/24, not one follow-up call checking to make sure all was done, how can they make the broker shutter and demolished garden right. Or any semblance of an apology or appreciation for the business.JKR Windows

They came to learn from our experience, correct what they could, and offer their sincere apologies for how things got to the point they did. I am encouraged that *** had these rockstar visit, and will take back these best practices to be a great experience for all their customers. Veterans beware. This company is as bad at communicating with their customers as ********** Solar Panels. The main difference is is that we have been paying on window/patio door replacement for a few months now with NO WORD from the salesman and/or company as to when installation will occur. If you live in *******, ** and are a veteran, then go with a company that means business Renewal by ********. Avoid these people because it seems they run fraudulently.JKR Windows

Good things come to those who wait. It took a while for the custom windows to be ready. I had a bit of a problem getting in touch with the company for updates, but was resolved quickly and kindly. Installers were prompt, kind, courteous, and efficient. It is so nice to be able to open the curtains during the day and not have the house temperature rise 5. Great product!JKR Windows
