    My Kuru shoe shipment had been delayed, so I reached out to Kuru customer service through their online chat. Lil of Kuru fielded the chat and was very helpful. *** took the time to research the reason for the shipment delay and provided me with a shipment date. She was right on the money with the shipment date. I appreciate the fact that she went the extra mile for me during the chat and look forward to the arrival of my shoes on Wednesday.

    This was my 1st visit to the **** site. Since I had concerns and questions, I called cust. service directly. The C/S rep ***** was SUPER helpful and greatly informative about the item I wanted. He was concerned with my needs and explained in detail the benefits that the shoe I picked would meet those needs. Having this type of service was comforting since these shoes are priced at a higher end. I look forward to receiving my new ****s and having the comfort my feet need! Thank You *****!!!
