    Attempted To contact them on never receiving my box since October, never got a response, they attempted to take money out of my account in January 2025 this company is a fraud.

    On February 22, 2024 I placed an order for a quarterly box. I've not received the order nor a projected shipping date even though they promised over 2 weeks ago to send it "ASAP".
    They have not answered my emails since then.

    I ordered a gift box for $214.99 on January 31st order number ****. It was guaranteed to ship in 24 to 48 hours. It took two weeks to get a tracking number and another week for it to ship out making it way past the shipping deadline. It took a week and a half to get a return label to meet their return deadline. They received my return, have stop all communication and will not refund my money though they said they would. I have no product and I'm out over 200 dollars.

    For months u have been requesting email updates on products coming in the next package. The company claims Google doesn't allow them to send me emails however, I received the "thank you for renewing your subscription" along with a charge on my card. There is no operational phone number for thus business, nor are they punctual with responding via email or their Facebook page.

    I was charged $199 for 2 separate orders and I didn’t receive either of the orders (boxes). The first order was on January 6th, 2023 and the second order was on April 6th, 2023. The SKU for the orders was *********. I have tried to reach out to them close to 15 times and I have only received a few responses and in one of the responses( on May 16th) they admitted that they made a mistake and would be sending me my missing boxes but the boxes never showed up. I have screenshots of the receipts for the orders and I have the email where they said they would sending the boxes but they never sent the boxes and now they refuse to respond to my emails.

    I signed my husband up for the subscription service for Christmas expecting he would get 6 boxes this year. The first ideally would be in January but since we got one in December the next box would be in March. I was charged on March 1st and still have yet to receive the order. Three weeks from today I’ll be charged again without ever receiving the box from March. I’ve sent multiple emails and messages requesting just a status update but haven’t heard back.

    I purchased a subscription box in December 2022 to receive 3 months of boxes; one each month. I received Decembers box and nothing since then but was charged for January and February boxes. I reached out many times on the website with no response. I then contacted someone through Facebook messenger to cancel my subscription ASAP and refund or send boxes. They told me they would get the boxes out immediately. I still have not received them. I have now contacted them several times with no responses.
