    I subscribed, never got my first box or the bonus items for subscription. Second box also never came. Had to contact the company, they sent a replacement for the first box. Untimely had to take action against them with my credit card company to get the money back for the boxes they never sent. For context, these undelivered boxes cost $250 each.

    Most gear is valued higher than retail. Poor customer service. Will charge you a month before receiving the package. Does not honor free binos for year subscription. Do not use them if youre interested in a subscription service
