      These people have several different people answer with language barriers and do not stick to THEIR word. Yes there is a signed contract but each person spoke to had a different offer that we were spoken to about. I knew about the balloon payment but again, it was offered I didnt have to pay that, I could pay it anytime during the lease. I call to payoff lease because Im behind on payments and they tell me I owe double what I paid for the trailer. I finally accept I owe it to them because I do NOT want a repo on my credit. We agreed that I will make a payment to catch up late payments then start paying weekly to get ahead. Then BOOM! They send someone to my house to get my trailer while my wife and I were out for dinner. I understand their point of not making payments but there was an honest misunderstanding and they are not even considering talking about it. I dont like reviews because its easier to write a bad one than a good one. These people took a dirty jab in my side. This trailer is equipment my business revolves around. There had to be some human conscience involved. I tell this story to warn others of how dirty they can be. It sounds too good to be true because it is!! Do NOT buy into this scam! I now owe over $22,000 dollars on a trailer I bought for around $7900. Beware!! Again, I understand the contract. I also know the conversations we had with this lady that there was an obvious language barrier with. Its always hard to start up a business but this is extremely dirty for a lease company to not be willing to work a little with you.

      Purchase day 16 foot tandem trailer. The process was simple, timely and zero stress. Highly recommend!

      Purchased two zero turm movers using clicklease. Business was good last year and asked about paying off early. This is when I realized that I was being charged $30,000 for a$10,000 machines. I then asked about returning the machine because the remaining balance was crazy. Never received a straight answer, besides I would have had to return the machine in the first couple of months to not pay the full amount . This was never discussed at the time of purchase. Looking for answers, not sure how a lease company can charge more than double for a product and not offer a return program for the equipment.

      They are definitely praying small businesses I bought a trailer for 16k and if I wouldve paid out the loan it would have been 32k so I asked for a pay off amount and it was ******** in which I made two more payments of 973 a month and I when I paid off it was ******** so make it make sense on the math

      I have had 3 leases with Clicklease and always had great results with them. My time spans over 4 years with them. About 18 months ago I had some severe health results and had to stop working. The person over my account couldn't help with restructing my account so it was turned over to their collection dept. Chad player took over my account and went over and beyond my expectations to work with me until I was able to get my leases paid off. IF ANYONE IS HAVING A HARDSHIP AND NEED HELP WITH THEIR LEASE, I ASK YOU TO CALL CHAD PLAYER. I assure you he will do everything he possibly can to work with you. I understand the sales staff can't or won't help. BUT Chad will. Chad or Clicklease hasn't paid me or did anything for my review. I did this on my own, because I really appreciate his help when I was out of options and unable to work. All it takes is a call to Chad and he will help if all possible. They perform a service to customers with less than perfect credit to help a business, and sometimes people run into a hardship beyond their control. If you try and work it out, then Chad will work with you. I truly am grateful for his concern of my well being and helped me tremondusly. Thank you Chad for everything!

      This company uses false pretense to get you to get the equipment. They use the bait and switch to. At time of purchase they give a false contract. Change the contract then refuse to talk to you about it.
