      My name is ******* *******. I purchased a trailer through MVA Food Trailers in Dallas, Texas, and financed it through ClickLease. I picked up the trailer in early May 2025, and as of today, July 16th, I have not received my permanent license plates or registration.

      My temporary tags expired on July 11th, and I am now being forced to operate my trailer without valid registration or license plates, which puts me at risk of fines, legal trouble, and potential impoundment.

      I have made multiple phone calls and sent several emails, yet I’ve received no meaningful response or resolution. I have been told to be patient and wait for documents from the New Jersey DMV, but this delay is completely unacceptable. Two full months is more than enough time to process and deliver registration and plates.

      Our business financed with Clicklease back in February 2024. The business has expanded and we needed the trailer So everything was going fine until later in 2024. Business slowed down tremendously. We contacted them and set up arrangements. Well as it goes we still ran into a hold because business still didn't pick up.. We did go and try to pay what we could and Edward (a rep) told us that wasn't a good idea. So we continued to try and resolve the issue. Even tried to change the due date that would help us. The last payment was made on April 29th. So the next payment someone was suppose to call us to set up another arrangement. We didn't hear from not one person. So it's now July and I wanted to know why no payments have been taken out. They said they closed the account and want their property back. Well , we never received information on this and the last time I talked to anyone was in April. I talk to someone today and they was rude and tried to tell me my payment was 1 thing when we been paying another. I want to resolve this issue because we want to keep this business but at the same time it is hardship and we can't control that.. Now they are saying we either pay 27,000 when the trailer only cost 19 and we made payment every month when we could at 956. They saying monthly payments was 891. I'm so confused with all this and I'm not understanding. I truly do want to keep this but need to always talk to the same person and not 5 different people each time.

      Bought a trailer for $9,686 from **** ******* ***********. They told me I could rent to own through Clicklease. I was approved for $15,000. In which trailer was $9,686.
      I thought I would ONLY have to pay that amount and some finance charges but of course I thought my payments of $ 482.16 a month was going towards paying RENT TO OWN. Now I find out that money that I have paid already. BUYER BEWARE ! This is NOT A RENT TO OWN ! They want me to pay over $20,000 for a $9,686.00 I offered to pay them $8,000 to close the account. One person said yes then another one said no. They have called and called and called soooo many times from different phone numbers.

      Thank you for letting us know of your concerns with your
      commercial equipment lease. Per the contract you have an EPO that is explained
      in section 4 of your lease agreement, titled Early Purchase Option. This means
      that you may pay the funded amount plus applicable taxes from day one up to 150
      days from the funded date. We have spoken to you several times via phone to
      explain how your early purchase option works. Your EPO is still available until
      September 23, 2025. If you need additional clarification, you may contact an

      I have called click lease to pay half of my bill which is 3500 they told me I can't make early payment or half down before your 90 day or 150 day early payoffs

      I was charged 2 times in one month and now my account is negative a very large amount. When I called there was 0 help for me. They just said stated my only option was to wait it out with 0 money for over 2 weeks or more possibly now. My bank has clearly stated these charges has been posted and now they do not care that I am now without money and clicklease does not care if I have money for food etc. They could not explain why they decided to do this at all.

      Was not giving any info on loan never received paperwork for payoff or early payoff or how much I was going to pay Never said I had to pay it off in five more or it will be more money.

      Clicklease took an unauthorized payment after my payoff was completed. That was not authorized and I have incurred several bank fees now over it plus lost income due to not having the extra to pay my suppliers so I could not pick up my parts to complete the jobs. I have contacted clicklease several times and they still have not refunded my payment they took illegally and its been a month now, they are holding my payment that they took after payoff was completed.

      I am rejecting this response because: this is inaccurate, I did call June 6th and your representative said refund was May 30th, I have contacted my bank and they had or received no such refund and we are well passed the 10 business day window. Ive incurred many fees now from my bank and other places that payments have been rejected. Youre clearly playing around with my money from the fraudulent taking of it from my bank account. Ive been trying to avoid escalating this any further but it looks like its headed down that road at this point. You cause me credit damage now as well as much extra financial strain and fees.

      Let me start off by said CLICK LEASE is the biggest Ponzi scheme/scam of purchases of consumer goods and contract mis representation in US American history. Let get real folks! You have over 144 complaints just on BBB only other sights, customers service with Click Lease and Wow trailers in GA. YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT DOONG CRAP TO RESOLVE ANYTHING AND WE SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS ARE GETTING RIPPED NEW ASSHOLES LEFT AND RIGHT BY COMPANY A COMPANY THAT WANT NOTHING MORE THAN TO OVER INFLATE FINANCE CHARGING AND TERMS, WILL NOT SETTLE A PAY OFF TO RID THE SITUATION AND GOUGING US BUYER WHO ONLY WANTES TO BUY EQUIPMENT TO BETTER OUR BUSINESS. I VOW THIS DAY FORWARD UNTIL CLICK LEASE VOIDS MY CONTRACT I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO EXPOSE AND SHUT DOWN CLICK LEASE AND WOW TRAILERS

      **** ***** Did authorize a release of the 2023 rock solid cargo trailer to one ****** ***** **** who claimed he was a business partner of Fab One Enterprises the lease holder of the cargo trailer. **** ***** or any empoloyee of Clicklease did not verify the information. Even after sending detailed information to **** ***** he proceed to supposebly sell this cargo trailer for 4000 to one fradulent indivual named ****** ***** ****. Even after i spoke to **** ***** letting him know there was goods in the trailer that belong to Fab One enterprises. Inside the trailer was 11,500 worth of goods.

      Just a very dishonest company over all. When buying my trailer I had all but about 1000 dollars so I financed the last 1000. Was told I could pay it off as fast as I wanted. Found out each payment even large ones intended towards the principal are held in reserve and divided out so they maximize their financing. They show payments til 2027 and I should have a balance of no more then 800 dollars. Registered the trailer in the wrong state so I have to pay registration twice and just overall has been horrible to deal with. Good luck getting a live person
