Less than one year old lock failed and caused damage to RV. Lock stopped working and we can only hear the noise but will not unlock and have been locked out. Called for support and was told no available agents. Then I needed to request a call back. No call back for days. Sent an urgent email and days later received a response that they can not call me to help and I should now fill out a form and call a locksmith. Then someone will get to me in 5-7 days. So basically a couple weeks to get to a support person to help. This feels like a breach of an inplied warranty. Also don’t trust this company with something as important as an RV main door lock.

I ordered a Balle Lock for my RV to go with the keyless entry lock and storage locks for my RV which I kept that are a great feature to my security to my RV. Over the phone the seller ask me the width of the door for the barrel lock, I provided the width of 1 inch 1/8 and the salesman stated that he had the correct barrel lock for my RV with a matching key to go with the other locks that I had purchased. I installed all the locks and finally got to the barrel lock and it was half an inch too short. I called RVLock and their salesman said they only sell one size of barrel lock which was an inch and an eighth and I needed a 1 3/8. In order to return this $12 barrel lock it cost me eight dollars to ship it back to them with the key. Also one of the storage door locks was missing a key. So I guess I'll just cut my losses. Do not buy any barrel locks from RVLock in Utah.
