      I have left reviews on the website and they do not post them or delete them. I do not think that is honest of the company. I reached out to customer service via email/phone/Facebook. I want other buyers to be aware to buy the delivery protection, or else RVLOCKS takes no responsibility. Below is my review. I was really excited to receive these locks. Unfortunately, the TWO locks I ordered were never delivered to my home. The company uses **** and does not require any proof of delivery on these $200 locks. With such expensive products, I would assume that a picture is taken at delivery as ************** do. I received an email saying my order was delivered & since I work from home, I walked outside to grab it but couldn't find a box. I checked all three of my RING cameras and there was no footage of any car stopping outside my property. I reached out to RVLOCK **************** via ************** Both times RVLOCKS representatives told me that the package was delivered & I should speak with the mail delivery person or go to the post office. As an attorney, I do no have the luxury to be waiting on the mailman/woman to inquire on my package. I went to the post office and they pulled up the same **** page I have on deliveries & said that if it was delivered to another address there wouldn't be a way of knowing. I was then told to reach out to RVLock. What a vicious cycle! So, as you can see I have quite the predicament as RVLock simply wipes their hands by saying it was delivered and to go find it myself. RVLock informed me that if I had purchased the protection, perhaps they could resolve the problem. But since I didnt, they get $400 and someone in my area received 2 free locks. I should have stuck to my ways and ordered something on Amazon as I know that they deliver & take pictures letting me know it is in fact at MY house. **** reiterated that my package was delivered at A FRONT DOOR/PORCH. I have a gate that requires a code to enter. I included pictures
