    Holt Property Management bought out the property I live in. For one whole week we have been having issues with the water service. Have called MULTIPLE times to have the issue resolved. They told me issue was fixed, when in fact, it has not. They raised our rent but, cannot even manage to keep water on when their tenants are an elderly man and a family with 5 young children.

    I requested to move out and gave a 30 day notice my rent was supposed to be prorated until the 5th of February. I have made several attempts to contact Holt Property Management over the course of 3 wks I have spoken to two separate employees who stated they would fix the issue it hasn't been remidied and I have not been able to reach their office despite multiple phone calls and messages requesting we work together to resolve the issue. We do not live in a nice place I believe the new landlord is trying to keep my deposit and charge me full rent for February I do not understand why they refuse to return my calls. I have no idea what is going on I'd like the situation resolved but I'm only half of the solution I can't do anything if Holt Property Management will not return voice mails and ignore my phone calls I've wasted so much of my time reaching out to them without any response I'm hoping a complaint here will show that I'm not creating this problem and I'm willing to pay them but they refuse to even have a conversation with me. My roof leaks they stapled a tarp over it. My electrical doesn't work in 3 rooms. I'm unsure of how to hold Holt Property Management accountable and I'm hoping you can offer resources to further this process.

    Holt property management continues to turn off the water to fix plumbing issues. They do not give us any warning. Today 10/7/2022 the water was turned off and we were told the water would be off until Monday 1010/2022.
