    I'm on housing voucher and it's getting very frustrated that their over chargeing tenants rent that received assistance from housing connect I've been paying rent but where the rent money going I'm starting feel like I'm being hustle living off my finances maybe their is embezzling going on cause their over chargeing people that are on housing programs and that's government assistance as well my inspection even fail I keep my unit clean but where's all my rent money going

    They are really missing up the unit that they put me in is not recognized by the ** *********** as an address. To top it off there's a water leak at the corner of the front of the unit and I get told not to worry it doesn't affect your unit Then after being here for 2days I see they're doing remodeling work and there should be some kind of building permit posted and they don't have one. They listed this unit on line at $1000 a month when I did my lease it jumped up to $1475 I have a voucher that pays for it but that doesn't make it right

    They are the worst property management company I've ever had to deal with. You call the office only to get a voice-mail that's full 80% of the time. But don't worry they never get back to you. I'm going on 1 week and 4 days without ac and still nobody will contact me after texting and leaving messages daily! I'm not impressed. They also have shut our water off multiple times without notice or letting any of us know when they will turn it back on. I mean common courtesy. But that's obviously something they lack. They don't care about us just the money we give them every month!

    Every word they type to represent care and integrity is false. They are crooked and scandalous. They rent me stly to people on housing which they disregard as people and pull whatever to make a buck not caring about what it might cost someone else. I have had bad landlords etc. No biggie but i dont see how legally they can represent yet run ( which they don't) a company. They make their own laws and do as they please. I would not recommend anyone to rent anything from them ifollow laws so they can **** it but they havedistressed many of my neighbors
