    9 days ago we purchased a night stand from Walker Edison. We received a confirmation email for the purchase, but no email to say it had been shipped. I emailed them about this, as it had been a week since the purchase and it said to contact them if no shipping info was sent out after 72 hours. I received an email thanking me for my enquiry, and that they would respond in **** days.I have called them many times - one number ending in **** just silences after choosing the customer service option! The other, ending in ****, I have been on hold with almost an hour, several times, and still no answer.I just want to know if and when our purchase will arrive.

    Purchased an entertainment center. Part 4 was incorrect and completion of assembly is impossible. Emailed Walker Edison per their instruction on 8/6. Called and left voicemail on 8/8. Have received no response from the company regarding replacement part.

    Purchased a Walker Edison entertainment center from Target. While assembling we discovered part 4 was not correct. My husband contacted Walker Edison on 8/6 via email per the instructions provided. We also left a message on 8/8. It is 8/19 and we have not received a response from the company regarding providing a replacement part. We are unable to proceed with the assembly of this furniture.
