    One table came scratched. Two of the tables can't be put together because the screws are wrong. Don't even want to open the fourth

    Don't purchase through walkeredison. MAYBE through a third party who cares more about your relationship with the product but not through walker edison itself. I ordered a $400 tv stand despite looking through a lot of reviews, saw mostly good feedback. Several pieces showed up scuffed/scratched/chipped with a strange dust that doesn't seem like manufacturer's dust on it. A wooden part was immediately was broken upon arrival. They have not responded by email, it's been a week and I've followed up several times. They have no interest in the fact that they've shipped you broken furniture, and have not responded. Even a simple -- hello, acknowledged your email we're behind x y z would have done wonders. What am I going to do with a broken piece of furniture? Deeply frustrated.

    Ordered a mid century entry way shelf. It came damaged. Customer service is a nightmare. You can only email, and it’s been over a month and no response. So now I’m stuck with a broken piece of furniture sitting in my living room.

    I received someone's damaged return! Tried calling customer service twice and was on hold for over 45 minutes each time before I finally gave up. Sent multiple emails and received no response. Finally returned the dresser but they charged me 10% for returning a defective item!!! Nope... never again! I don't care how good the furniture looks in pictures... just don't do it!

    Ordered computer desk in one color. Box said color I ordered but was not what was in the box. Notified them on 12/31/2022. Sent all pictures requested on 1/2/23 and still no resolution. Guess I'll dispute with my credit card company. That should get their attention then.

    Horrible customer service! Bought 2 bunk beds. Received one and a half. After almost a month of waiting with extremely slow responses to my emails I finally waited 45 minutes on hold to be told that the missing parts no longer existed. By then I had wasted another ****** plus on mattresses, sheets blankets (had to be used on floor and therefore nonreturnable). So now stuck with mismatched beds in same room. Had they been prompt in initially responding to my query I could have returned the discontinued bed for matching beds. Im 75 years old and have been purchasing online for a long time. Never have had a worse experience! Do not purchase from this company!

    Ordered a dresser. Missing parts and scratched fronts. Quality looks nice. Its hard to find solid wood dressers at a reasonable price. **************** is an issue. No answer after multiple calls to service line. No response from multiple emails. Still waiting and disappointed. Would hesitate to buy from them again.

    Actually got the Main bed frame and night stands. High quality products! The bed frame came in a box that looked like it fell off the truck, but everything in there and it all looks great. Better quality than I expected. Would definitely order more from them.

    On hold with customer service for over an hours **** business days to respond to a return request via email. Totally unacceptable. Product was damaged - poor paint and quaility.If I dont get a return email immediately, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card

    My husband ordered me a TV stand from then as an early Christmas gift and there is no confirmation of anything just says order receipt and nothing about shipping and they took 203 out of our bank account... with no one to even answer.. we even requested a refund... and still nothing... over all just disappointing... won't go through them anymore that was almost 3 weeks ago
