    I purchased a Walker Edison patio deck chair from Ocean State Job Lot. The chair comes disassembled with very clear instructions of how to assemble it. One of the bolts supplied was defective (the head lacked the hex shape recess for a hex key). I was able to complete the assembly using a bolt that I had, but that didn't match the chair color. The chair is great: very comfortable and stable.
    I sent a message requesting a replacement part via Walker Edison's website. When there was no response after 2 weeks, I phoned their customer service number outside of business hours and left a message. I received a call back the next business day. Initially the agent insisted that because the product was not purchased from an authorized dealer, there was no warrantee, and replacement hardware would cost $25. After arguing unsuccessfully that a reliable company would stand behind its product for a manufacturing defect, I added that I would leave an unfavorable review. This prompted the agent to check with her manager, and they have now promised to send the replacement hardware.

    Same as everyone else about the lack of customer service! No one answers the phone, no one replies to emails and I even sent an Instagram message and NOTHING! I bought a patio set and one leg was damaged so I put a request in through their site.Crickets!!!!Do not buy from them! Thankfully I bought it through Amazon and will be returning the entire patio set on their dime!! So disappointed!

    I ordered a L-shaped desk off Amazon Walker Edison was a third-party seller the desk was never delivered I contacted Amazon who contacted Walker Edison who said they would ship another desk within 3 to 6 business days it desk never showed this went on for a month Amazon contacted them three times on my behalf finally Amazon gave me their information I tried to contact them spoke to ****** she said she had no information. I've never had any issues on delivery through Amazon not one I have never heard back from Walker Edison concerning this issue very poor business practice.

    I placed an order 3 days ago. As of this writing, I have no confirmation of shipping date and the item I ordered is shown "Sold Out" so I am wondering if the buying online system had kept up-to-date with their inventory.I have both emailed my questions regarding a delivery date and have now been on hold waiting to speak to a customer service rep for 30 minutes.If my issues are resolved, I will supply the details and length of time to get a response.This does not feel good.
