      ordered a product on 2/3/25 expecting 24-day shipping, called customer service on 2/24/25 to complain about slow shipping, was told they would expedite within week, still no response or shipping information, on 3/2/25 i tried to cancel and received e-mail stating its paid for cannot cancel order. I have contacted **** for a refund but would rather have my product. Does seem that is not going to happen any time soon.

      Order placed on 02/03/2025 at 6:00 PM after hours. We had submitted the dropship to ******* on the morning of 02/04/2025. ******* had sent us an email on 02/04/2025 at 1:39 letting us know they cannot ship it due to not having a Resale Certificate for the state of California.  I had responded "Yes, please send to our Ogden, UT store and move the order to our PO account". 


      Customer called in 02/20/25 and asked about status. I contacted ******* ( ******** L and ***** *. ) on 02/20/25 after the phone call to get some answers since I could not see it on our PO account. ***** K responded but he is in charge of our Dropship account, not our PO account. Since this was to be swapped to a PO, ******** *. was to get back to me about it.


      On 2/24 we spoke to customer again and refunded their $12.99 shipping due to the delay and told them we would contact the warehouse to see what was going on.  Sent multiple emails to ******** at ******* with no response until 02/24/2025 when ******** called the ***** number and spoke to me ( Lexi ), told me that there was a mix up and the item was never put on our PO account/ordered. It was out of stock and not coming. I had then called the customer and left them a voicemail to tell them the situation and that I was bringing a new one in from a faster supplier and that it should be here around Friday 2/28 or Monday 3/3.  Item did get delivered on Friday 2/28 but wasn't RECEIVED and brought in until Monday 3/3.  


      We were going to process the order today 03/03/2025, but over the weekend the customer had sent us an email informing us that they had submitted a chargeback on their card for the transaction. I respectfully told the customer that since a chargeback was submitted I wouldn't be able to process the order. Told them they were welcome to replace the order and I'd hold the item at my desk for his new order to process it when it came through. Customer told me he'd rather have a refund at this point. Told customer we would honor chargeback when it came through, this way they'll get their refund through their financial institution.

      Back in January I purchased a firearm online from impact guns, the total value of the firearm being approximately 940 dollars, which to date I have paid just over 1,500 dollars towards, on the contract, theres mention of a second firearm, and Smith and Wesson, that I never received, nor want, I’d like to know why have I paid in excess of the firearms normal price when the loan says 0% APR? It seems like this place was sued last year because of this same stuff and lost horribly. This needs to be addressed promptly.

      Purchased a derringer on their website. Went to Boise to pick it up. They refused to let me take the gun because my address has changed. I have called and told them when I would be there and the address issue was never brought up. I offered to show proof of address but they wouldn't take anything I have. When I called they said since I already paid for it that all I had to do was bring in my Idaho license and get the gun. They refused to let me get it without certain types of proof for residency. I even offered to show them with my child support papers or the court papers for proof and they refused. That's false advertisement I believe where they do not tell you the address must be current or what types of proof is accepted. I drove two hours, well four both ways, out of my way to get this just to be denied.
