    I seeking help on trying to get my money back from the company on undelivered goods. I order my products on August 8 2020 and never received them. I have contacted the company many of times before they went out of business on getting my money back so I could go buy a safe to have.

    I order a sheep stand in November 2022 for just over $400. I was told it would take 6-12 weeks. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times via email and phone with no response. And i have still not gotten the item, any notifications or return of phone call.

    I bought a sheepdog stand for my uniform back in august of 2022. 1096 tactical advised me the shipping would be 16 weeks out due to covid. Not to long ago in March of 2023 I got an email saying my shipping label had been created. I was frequently checking the website and now the website is completely down and I can not check on anything. I can’t email anybody. I would like to get my $433.60 back and I’m unsure how to go about doing that meaning I have no contact information for them. I’ve tried sending them a email but no response.

    8/9/22: I purchased a lockable stand designed to securely hold firearms, duty belt, bullet proof vest, and uniforms for police officers. Also with custom depth badge and number for my son. Total cost $457.00. At time of order, delivery was 8 weeks. In December, sent 3 emails to get a response. I asked if would be delivered by Christmas, as this was planned to be be gift for my son . Was told no, would be another month. Reconnected via email end of January 2023 to determine if could be delivered by or before 2/14/23, as this is my son's birthday, and would now be birthday present. Was told 2 weeks. No response until March 15th, received notice shipping label created. Have attempted contact multiple times via email and phone messages since that date, as item has not shipped. Company has now deleted social media accounts, will not respond to email or phone calls. I am concerned I was defrauded out of $457, and will never receive item. Another concern is business owner is a law enforcement officer, and if committing fraud via his business, what is he doing on duty. I will be filing a complaint with his department as well, and a fraud complaint with my credit card company.

    I placed an order for a custom sheepdog stand with many add on options for approximately $600. I have reached out multiple times to the business with zero response after my order…but they responded promptly prior to my order when I messaged them with a question. I have never received a product, nor a refund. They have removed their website and social media accounts. They are not responding and we are well past the time window to have received the product.

    Original transaction date was 10/02/22. Order amount was $369.23 for a locking equipment rack tailored for law enforcement officers. I contacted seller before ordering asking for production time as his website did state at the time he was 12-16 weeks out due to COVID. That original estimate would’ve put me around Christmas. I reached out over thanksgiving to check on update and was informed it would 12+ weeks. I gave it time over the holidays I can understand taking time off and being busy as a small business. I checked in again at beginning of January and didn’t hear anything for two weeks, finally got a message back around end of January apologizing for long wait, and was informed email was easier to communicate. I emailed asking about updating the shipping address as I had moved since I ordered, seller responded quickly saying “yes no problem send new address”. I replied and have not heard anything since.

    Seller has been off/on posting on social media since date of order so I had hope he was truly just busy. Haven’t posted anything since mid February and has all commenting turned off. He hasn’t replied to my message or email asking for an update since the end of January.

    I am unfortunately beyond the window to refund through my credit card. I’ll take a loss if I have to for wanting to help support a small business, but want to try and resolve if I can. Or caution others from ordering.

    Ordered my stand on June 28, 2022. It stated it would be 8-12 weeks. It is now February 24, 2023 and have not received the product. I have sent several emails with very little reply from them. He stated he was sick and out of the office and one point and that he would be back into the office in the next two weeks (September 30, 2022)and would have it done by October 14, 2022. In January I messaged again with no response. I messaged again on February 5th and then got an email saying a shipping label had been created so I thought it was FINALLY done. It still states that UPS is awaiting the product. A shipping label was created but he never brought the package to be shipped!!! I have asked for a refund and have gotten no reply back now. PLEASSEEEE even us LEO’s that are trying to support a supposed brother….DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!!

    Ok July 18, 2022, I placed an order for a a sheepdog stand, accessory tray, and a lid wrap. This order totalled $323.43. When placing the order it stated it would take 10 to 12 weeks to complete the order at a max of 17 weeks due to Covid. At 18 weeks I messaged the seller through the chat feature on there site and could not talk to anyone. I also messaged through Facebook with no assistance being provided. I then emailed the seller on November 26, 2022. I was then told by the seller, he had health issues and was not in the shop, but he would check on it. After not hearing anything from him, I messaged him again on December 2, 2022, as well as December 6, 2022. He still told me he had not made it back yet and would be back soon. I messaged him again on December 14, 2022 with no answer. I messaged him again on December 17, 2022. He told me he was still sick and would be out of the shop for another 2 weeks. He did offer a refund, but I want the product. At this time I still have not received what I ordered, with no time frame of possible delivery.

    I ordered a product in May 2022. I was advised by the company that there is a 8–12-week delay which was fine. I didn't need the product until end of August. I have contacted the company multiple times for updates on shipping/completion of product. I get no straightforward answers. The last email I sent in which I got a response stated that the locks were defective and that they would ship as soon as new locks arrived. I received email on 11/3/22 from the company stating that a shipping label was made and that it would be mailed soon. It still has not been sent to UPS location for delivery.

    I purchased a sheep dog stand 06/17/2022 (accessory tray, lid wrap, sheepdog stand, fingerprint lock) at the total $391.36. Initially was told 8-12 weeks out. I started using the chat function on the website, messaged through facebook messanger, and emailed and was told they were waiting on locks (September), then the locks were lost in shipment and never delivered (told 11/07) and then was told they were being delivered that day. Then 11/11 (through the chat on website) was told locks just got in and should have my order out "this week" and that it should be shipped by Monday 11/14 and that I would receive shipping email with tracking information.
    I still have yet to receive any information and my order is still stating waiting to be fulfilled.
