    I placed an order in November and still have not received my product and the owner doesnt answer any emails. This is BS. Charges have been disputed with my bank

    We ordered our 1096tactical in June of 2022. We never received it. I emailed over and over again. Finally got a response. They said they were waiting on a part for it. Then they would let me know when it was being shipped. Never heard anything. So I emailed them again several times. They responded and said *** lost our order. This has been almost a year. This was February 2023. I just said we want our money back. So they said yes we will refund you. That was in March. I have not received my refund or heard back. I have emailed them and no response.

    If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Ordered the Sheepdog stand and were advised it would be **** weeks, but up to 16 weeks (this was in November 2022). We are now at 20 weeks and still no product. He has now been evasive with emails stating he's been "sick" and now, no response from him at all. I requested he refund the money and cancel the order. We shall see if he responds. Sad for me that I didn't check out these reveiws before "trying to purchase" his product. Buyer beware with this business who's excellent at taking your money, but poor at delivering the product.

    Ordered the sheepdog stand, didnt hear anything for months. I emailed they said 12 weeks. I emailed month later checking status, and told him or them not a great company. He immediately canceled my order ( I just gave him my opinion) refunded me and said his website states 12 week when I ordered? I looked back at the website and found the 12 weeks statement under FAQ. Why would anyone look there for that when you look at product and pay its not stated there. After the other reviews the guy did me a favor canceling the order and refunded me. Terrible business, nice product in the pictures.
