      Horrible Debt collecting agency, I called to make a payment on the amount owed and ******* **** up on me. Once I sent this legnthy email of how rude she was. ******* decided to reach out to me again the next day, almost comes as some sort of harassment. ****, *** filed a complaint with the State of Utah and have submitted a complaint with ****. If ******* is the only person on management then whomever is over her needs to re-evaluate her hierarchy. You hang up on customers of your clients thats trying to collect a debt is crazy. Nonetheless Racially profiling me is even more wild. This is a horrible company and *** let their customers know of this issue too. I will continue to take action against them. ******* needs to re-evaluate her attitude, you cant collect a debt without customer service. Hanging up on me is refusing payment on that debt so I will handle this in Court! S/O to ******* for making a small issue turn into a mountain of issues! Shes the best! :)

      Clear Mgt. Solutions: ************ uses threats to collect payments that should be a standard civil process. They were collecting for ********** of Utah Healthcare, who refused to deal with me directly for my childs medical bills. It took a month and 3 different calls to Clear Mgt. each representative telling me different information. I was waiting for Clear Mgt to resolve account questions for U of U when I received a second threat letter from Clear Mgt. I will not be doing business with U of U again as long as they continue to partner with Clear Mgt Solutions.

      This is a collection agency threating ** with collection. We solved this problem several months ago talking with one of their personnel. At that time we were told the charge a an error and they would make sure it would be closed.Here it is again with the same threat, after we have worked with them, but it is a collection agency.Our position is they are fraudulently after us for charges we are not responsible for, and at one time they agreed.We want the threats to stop, now.

      Fraudulent organization. Sent me a bill for a couple thousand $ only because I have the same name as someone they are trying to collect from. That someone is 30 years younger than me, living in another state and apparently in a shelter. It's as if they just throw someone random the bill and hope it sticks.

      **** was absolutely rude! Trying to ask how this happened. On or about 2/27/2023 She asked My husbands( I asked what does he have to do with this debt) name I told her and where he worked, she then proceeded to tell Me that Hes responsible for any Medical or Utility bills in MY NAME. Today 3/4/2023 we received MY **** in His name. We will be seeking a DEBT attorney ******* stars. Illegal **** isnt a common debt state 30-2-9
