      We spoke with Mr. ******** once, on August 20th, 2024. He stated he would not pay and refused to provide us with a current address to send any documentation. He didn't request any proof of the debt at that time and his accounts were marked do not contact per his request. We have updated this debt as disputed and will provide validation to the address provided.

      Debt collection which was granted writ of garnishment for an alleged spouse debt. I never received any communication and when asked was informed they had spoken with young son regarding court summons. Initially received payments from garnishment 03/11 and never sent release to employer so they continue to receive further payments.

      Our records indicate that our attorney's office received one garnishment payment and then a final payment yesterday. The account is showing paid in full as of April 10, 2025 and our attorney's office issued a release of garnishment yesterday.

      We have never received any dispute or request for any documentation. We have had several conversations with the consumer regarding insurance liability for the account(s) in question. We have marked the debt as disputed and will obtain documentation from the original creditor and send out via mail.

We have sent him a notice and will mark the debt as disputed and request a validation from our client. That validation will be mailed to Mr. ***** once we receive it from the original creditor.

      Our office does not collect for any company called **********************. The customer has not listed an account number to identify the debt in question. We do have one debt which matches the name and phone number. We also received a credit dispute on this debt and are validating it with the original creditor right now. the debt is for a healthcare facility. Information will be sent regarding this debt. *********************************, we do not have a debt for that creditor.
