    Ordered 3 bathing suit pieces from the company Lucy Avenue the total was $32.10. The order was payed for using PayPal and is showing as a donation. I never received confirmation of my order and I tried to reach out to the company with no response.

    Purchased swim suit , when I received it didn’t fit. On their website it said they were sold out. Returned the swim suit and received gift card for store credit. Went to use gift card and the website is no longer active. Emailed a ton with no response, what or will be done about this ?

    I placed an order with Lucy Ave and received my items. However, I returned a few items and instead of a refund, they sent me a gift card via email on 23Mar2022 amounting in $62.98. When I received the gift card, there did not appear to be any issues and I recall that it did not have any expiration date. However, when I have tried to open it in the last few weeks so that I can use it, the link does not work and I cannot access the funds. I have left messages and emails, but have not received any response. There is no phone number to contact and I cannot find any social media connections either. They took my money and now the company is ignoring me.

    I ordered the Luley Lace up Sneakers in white, size 10 on June 16, 2023.
    I paid $32.98 using my credit card.
    I was expecting to receive these sneakers, but have not, to this date.
    The nature of the dispute is that the company took $32.98, which was reflected on my bank account. I have written numerous emails, made many phone calls leaving messages, but have not heard anything back.
    The business has not tried to resolve the problem, because they are not contacting me!

    This was on May 8th 2023. I had ordered something in March which ended up not fitting. Returned the items. They only do store credit. Re-ordered other items with my credit. Received this email in response to my new order using my credit with this company. “Thank you for shopping with us! We're working on getting your order shipped and will notify you with the tracking number when it is on the way! We're so excited to have you as part of our fam, and hope you're excited too!)” THAT WAS SENT BY JENNIFER M***** with an email address ********************. I have sent multiple emails , no reply, no phone number to contact. They owe me approximately 83.00. What can be done here?!?!?!

    I placed an order on Lucy Ave’s website on 5/23/23. I have ordered from this company several times over the last few years and haven’t had issues before. I looked at my bank statement on 5/29/23 and noticed that I received a refund from the company for $3.59. I looked at my order and noticed it was canceled on 5/27/23 with no email from the company stating they were canceling my order. I verified through their website that every item I ordered was still showing on their website as in stock. I am extremely frustrated because I paid $69.98 with a gift card that they gave yet to refund me back for. I have tried reaching out to someone through numerous emails and DM’s through instagram that have gone unanswered. They owe me a refund and they are avoiding giving me my money back!!!!

    I ordered a pair of shoes from Lucy Ave Boutique (https://lucyave.com/) on 11/5/22. They ship out of Salt Lake City. I sent an email to customer service ([email protected]) on 11/9 asking if the shoes had been shipped yet. I received an answer from a Jennifer M***** the same evening, assuring me she would get back to me (see attached image). She never did. I replied back to her message 24 hours later asking her to cancel my order and to confirm the refund of $24.99 (see image). No response. Messaged on Instagram, no response. They do not have a customer service number. I will not be letting this go, so please get to the bottom of this for me. I know it’s not much money, but I am a teacher and I can’t afford to get scammed for trying to buy more comfortable work shoes. This company needs to be reviewed.
