    I paid for two tickets to the Live Casino Event for NYE. Purchased a gown got my hair and makeup done. Purchased shoes. My date had on nice slacks and a dress shirt. We purchased a hotel room at the ***** and traveled from Baltimore Md to celebrate NYE at this event. Only to get there and be turned away because my date didn’t have a jacket. We go to the lobby to have dinner only to observe several persons gaining entrance without a jacket. Please make it make sense. You took my money ?? and I did not gain entrance. Only to be put off by a lady named April who was registering people and avoiding others who stood on the side waiting 30+ minutes for you to decide whether we gained entrance or not. I have never been treated with such disrespect and ignorance. I will never support this organization ever again. It’s wrong what was done. Not ethical at all!!!!!!!!!!
