    Passed the Highway Contruction Inspector Level 1 test back in March. There were computer delays to start with for weeks. I keep getting stonewalled. They have never sent the Certificate that was paid for. I feel discriminated against because of my age.I will be 69 in October Its now August 22, 2024 and no cert received

    This site is a total scam. If you encounter a technical issue with your ******** service provider even before you start the test, you will lose your fee and are not allowed to reschedule. You can only cancel 24 hours in advance. This is a virtually made up organization designed to take your money. Their accreditation means absolutely nothing since you do not need their certification to work on fire systems. You only need a FASA to be legal to work on fire systems. Do not send these abject crooks masquerading as engineers a dime of your hard earned money. A fool and their money are soon parted, don't be that fool!

    not very professional, I've passed my level 2 and 3 tests. it's been 2 months and nothing by way of my certifications... that are paid for. I've messaged with no responses. very unprofessional, I'm glad they're not the only certification in the business any longer. not sure why they are slow walking me on this but it's costing me money... and i don't appreciate it. be warned before these guys take hundreds of dollars from you and act like you owe them something.
