      On October 31, **** (employee at Hailey's) sold the Washer and Dryer with Dryer Steam **** made Delivery scheduled on Nov 6th between 10 and 12
      On November 6th, Delivery was canceled due to not having the units in inventory
      On November 16th, delivery was made
      The washer was dropped from the truck and damaged
      It was communicated to my wife that a new washer would be ordered
      The incorrect dryer was delivered versus what was sold
      On November 17th, I visited the store to resolve the incorrect dryer delivery
      I was told no one was working that day to resolve the issue but Someone would call on Monday 11/27, no one called
      On November 29th, I called and was told no one was working that could help me but I would get a call on Thursday November 30th.
      On November 30th, I had a voice mail from **** stating he was calling to discuss the washer.
      I returned his call on November 30th and he apologized and stated that the model number was correct on the sales sheet and that he communicated the wrong information about the features offered on what he was selling me and that the apology was all he could do.

      I paid for a dryer that had the features he communicated to me and additional components to support the options he communicated that I would receive but I did not get the dryer that I was told I would get, I did not get the support features, and I am being told That is all I should expect.

      The washer and dryer are ready to be replaced.  We are waiting on the consumer to set up a delivery time.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
