  I've been renovating houses for 40 years. I paid for 17 replacement windows from this group and they ran with the check. After months of tracking them down I finally did so with a warrant into Powhatan District Court. Case GV23-118. This is a desperate company and I would not do business in any form with them. They have new people every week and a long history of bad reviews. If you warehouse your windows, this may lead you to skip reviews as I did. Read your reviews. Real reviews, not FB. This is the worst company i've dealt with in my 40 years of work. If you recieved email traffic from them, do not open their attachements. This is further problem. This group will duck your calls and you will end up trying to contact them on a burner phone as I did. They stay in court as well.

  My husband and I purchased windows for our new construction home, four of the windows would include screens. The windows are beautiful! However, its been over a year and a half my screens are nowhere to be found! I called the company in July, was assured they would be reordered and they would be in the ****** location within three weeks. It is now the end of September still no screens. Calling again, they see the order but have no idea where my product is. The high turnover and disorganized service is extremely frustrating. We have another project coming up very soon, but will not be using this company! They werent the cheapest company and they werent the most expensive either, they appeared to have a great product. Hopefully, they can get their office staff in order so they can retain their customers, as of right now its just chaos.Update:10/30/2021 update - Several weeks after receiving the previous voicemail my screens were finally delivered after numerous additional calls. Sadly out of the five screens that are supposed to fit my windows only one does. Here we go again. ??Update: 4/22/22 Only one screen. They attempted numerous times to create screens that didnt fit. Then it turned into calls the same day within minutes of them attempting to return to our home for additional measurements and fittings. Problem is, we work and need more than ten to thirty minutes notice. So the contact just stopped. Also two of the four windows that open have to have assistance closing from the outside because their latching system doesnt line up now.04/2023 Final update: No screens! Paid for a product and never received the full order. I cannot wait until I can remove their windows and replace with a quality product from a company that will actually honor what is sold from their company.

  Im saddened to have to write this review, this client and friend due to stage four cancer, double mastectomy and fighting cancer for the second time on a small disability check each month decided to go with elite for a sliding glass door. She does not want this or need this in her life but for one year we have talk to the owner personally, was told to send pictures email to company and he promised a solution would be resolved due to workmanship issues. Quality of product was substandard and is even very unsafe due to workmanship installation.. we have done our part, phone calls, emails, pictures, only response was a subcontractor. Who could care less with no follow up. All I can say, is as a true friend to this client we have done everything to resolve an issue to somebody who has stage four cancer with a grim diagnosis in life, and the issue of a sliding glass door should not be something that needs to be solved on her part due to the unprofessionalism of this company! *** is my witness I only hope and pray that something could be done to help this woman/client have this horrible experience rectified, very apologetic to have to write this and post this but this seems to be the last resort!   The owner of Elite Windows, *****************************, told us he could have windows to us for our new home in 4-5 weeks. It took **** weeks to get all of my windows. My new house sat framed up with no windows or siding for 5.5 months waiting for these windows. I had to pay months of interest on my construction loan and penalties because my house wasn't finished by the construction loan date. ***************************** said to me "I'm not paying you a dime". He then refused to deliver screens that were paid for and refused to take care of any warranty work. I took him to court and won a settlement for breach of contract. 3 months later, he has still not paid the judgement. Stay away from Elite Window Solutions. I am only leaving a 1 star review because I had to pick a star. otherwise it would be zero.
