      My package was scheduled for delivery with a 4-hour window. I verified via text, email, and by phone the day before. I was told I would be notified by phone call or text 30 minutes prior to delivery. No contact has been received from this company and my large package was not delivered in the 2 separate windows that was given to me. I have called the **************** line during business hours and not a single person answered the phone or returned my call. I have paid a substantial amount of money for this package, and it has been in their possession for over 30 days without even scheduling the delivery. Now the delivery was scheduled, and it was never delivered or communicated that there would be a delay or reschedule.

      I purchased a product from ********** and BEX Logistics is a third party carrier to another third party carrier used by **********. I received an email from ********** that my product would be delivered on Tuesday May 9th between 9am and 1pm. I continuously tracked my shipmemt throughout the day and details never changed. By the end of the evening I looked at the tracking information and the delivery showed "delivered" with a timestamp of 11:00am. No delivery was attempted or successfully made. I work from home with my offive window overlooking my driveway. I have made multiple attempts to contact BEX, additionally the original third party carrier attempted to contact *** on my behalf and I have yet to receive a reply.My tracking number provided by ********** is ********.

      Good afternoon,

      The consignee sent us a message on our website the morning of the 10th at 7:06am.  She stated that she did not receive her shipment as scheduled for 05/09.  I responded to her message at 9:06am on the 10th stating that the driver completed her shipment in our system in error.  This sent an email notification that her shipment was delivered successfully.  I notified her that her freight was still on our dock.  I notified the manager and she made sure her freight was sent out the next day and delivered on 05/11.  Proof of delivery is attached.  I'm not sure at what point the complaint was filed.

      I ordered a couch that BEX was supposed to deliver to me. It's almost a $900.00 couch. I was told three times it would be delivered and again told it would be delivered to me on Saturday March 18th, 2023 by noon. The sofa still has not been delivered.

      Good morning,
       
      Claim# ********.  Our response to this claim.
       
      We spoke to ***** on Friday, March 17 to schedule her for the next business day, Monday, March 20th. 
      We do not deliver on Saturdays.  She told us we were wrong and scheduled her for Saturday. 
      Her freight was delivered on Monday, March 20.  Her proof of delivery is attached.
