      This review is for ***************************, the townhouse complex, the ******* ******** that is associated with housing people into this awful community. This place doesnt deserve one star, not 0 stars, it deserves NEGATIVE stars. Ive been living here for 4 years. Please pardon my language, but this place is absolute dogshit. The agency is a complete scam. Youll have problems with maintenance for months, broken A.C. & broken washing machines, because they neglect us entirely. The description they have of this place is a total lie. First of all, we do not have pools in this complex. They say we have heated ********** dont have pools to begin with. Second of all, what breath taking views ??? Its one narrow street that floods everytime it rains. There are no views here. The neighbors are all criminals & involved in gang activity, theres fights at all times of the ************ screaming & shouting, no consideration of everyone else that lives here that have to work the next morning. The cops are here every other day. Theres one specific neighbor that literally goes around with a knife screaming I stabbed him! People here open carry their guns & dont care who sees. They liter their garbage everywhere, this place is full of empty chip bags, candy *********** ********** I have found dirty diapers just thrown outside in the parking lot. I have *********** have seen people commit *** acts in their car right in front of my townhouse. Where if you look out the living room window, you see them doing it. Ive also seen people pee on my car, which I have on camera as well. Disgusting. The only advice I have for people is living under a bridge is probably better than this dump. Dont live here PLEASE for the love of god dont do it.

      *** scheduled delivery and then attempted to deliver the wrong product. The delivery drivers did not speak or read English. The product they attempted to deliver was addressed to a completely different person- in a different city. BEX is difficult to get ahold of and unwilling to return calls. Even if you are lucky enough to get a person to respond by email, they will not provide details. Between BEX and the furniture company, the experience has been horrible- zero support. I am working to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Do not engage BEX.

      They didn't show up to deliver my furniture and can't get ahold of them. I feel they stole my furniture. It's been a nightmare. I'm working with my credit card to dispute these charges.
