    ***** arrived on time, listened to my questions, answered them, asked me questions then took extra time to search for mole/vole holes in our yard. After that he sprayed for ticks and fleas and dealt with a developing ********* ant/ant invasion! It's safe to say that saved me a lot of work, not to mention money to buy all the stuff I would have needed to address our outdoor pests.
