  I've seen [my technician] this young man (the older I get, they are all young men!!) more than once and he's a good guy. I believe he gives us a good service without either of us having to check behind him. He's professional and yet personable and polite. We're very satisfied. Greenshield is a great company. That's why I've been with them for so long. They understand my irrational fear of spiders and ** makes sure there aren't any sneeking around. We don't have any critter invasion when the weather turns cold. 5 stars and two things up!

  **** was a Superior representative of Greenshield! He gave me an ETA call and told me not to confine my beagle to a bedroom during his visit. He said he was a dog person and it wouldnt be necessary if he wasnt an aggressive dog. **** greeted me and my dog, called him by name, gave him some belly rubs and I didnt have to listen to him continuously **************** my bedroom door during the whole visit!!!!! How awesome is that? **** was very thorough in his inspection, talking to me about his findings, asking me questions, and explaining the pictures he took to me. His explanations of different options for taking care of the issues were clear and concise. Again, he patiently answered my many questions! I wish all company employees were this professional and considerate!

  Greenshield Pest Control came to my apartment on November 5th to treat for roaches. Prior to them coming out to treat for roaches they sent out a letter saying to cover all food dishes and furniture with plastic. When returning to my apartment after treatment my food in my kitchen was uncovered and so was my sofa. Glasses and a picture were broken in my living room and my son's ******** switch was missing I had cameras in my house but the one in the living room was not working but the one on the back door and the one in my bedroom was and you can hear the noises the back door camera and a 11 minute video revealed something falling and something breaking the camera in my bedroom you could also hear something falling which the pest control guy actually pointed out to me because I thought maybe it was my glasses but when I return home from letting Pest Control listen to the videos I noticed the side of my speaker was cracked in my living room which was probably that noise that I heard because the time did not match up with the sound of something falling in the kitchen from the back door camera they did not want to be responsible for what they did in my apartment and they were very unprofessional and told me to my face that I was a liar then they presented me with some green shield checklist paper which was not the same that I was given but I still have my copy they don't have to take responsibility for what they did I have contacted a lawyer

  ******* was nice and very informative when it came to removing the wasp nest. He came up with a plan and executed it to perfection. He explained what was in the bottle and when he knocked it down he explained that the little white things was the baby wasps. I was happy that they died on impact from the spray. I really appreciate ******* and all of his hard work and courage in getting rid of the wasp nest.

  Had service today and as usual the technician was on time, polite, professional, and very respectful of my property. He was knowledgeable of his products and how to treat for my issues. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.
