      I want to put NO stars! Pool was installed first week of April 2023. Some panels were not in the tracks, filter was leaking, and filter was blowing sand INTO my pool. They came out and fixed the panels and nothing else. Came out a second time, said they fixed the leak but did not and still did not fix the blowing sand into the pool. Came out a third time, changed out sand, tore up the handle on the filter, and did not fix the leak. Came back a fourth time without telling me and fixed the leak and handle…6 weeks after install! . I was also given NO chemicals to open pool and was told all I needed was salt. Right hand doesn’t know what left hand is doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Tried to call and talk to owner and was told I would get a call back. Phone hasn’t rang yet 5 weeks later!!! They will not get ANOTHER DIME from me! Had to go to a different pool company to get help with balancing water chemistry and was told I needed stabilizer and a strong algae killer (these 2 things are always needed to open and close). SPS NEVER mentioned a word about this!!!

      Upon reviewing the communication history between you and our pool service manager, I understand that you reported a small leak on July 3rd, and our team promptly addressed the issue on July 5th. Another leak was reported on July 15th, and despite it being a Saturday, we had our service team on-site by July 17th to ensure a resolution. Additionally, there was a query about your gasket on August 19th, and our team responded promptly the following day.
      I acknowledge that your initial review was written in May, and I want to express my gratitude for your patience as we worked to rectify the issues. It's important to highlight that, despite the challenges you faced, we continued to provide service to your pool.
      Regarding the chemical information you mentioned, I apologize for any confusion. We take pride in offering free water testing at all three of our locations, and I'm sorry to hear about the misinformation you received regarding the necessary chemicals. We are actively working on improving our communication processes to ensure such discrepancies are minimized in the future.
      In addition, I understand you tried reaching out to the owner and experienced delays in response. I sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We are implementing measures to streamline our communication channels and improve responsiveness to customer inquiries.
      Please know that your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to learning from this experience to enhance our service moving forward. We value your business and would welcome the opportunity to discuss any further concerns you may have.

      Unlicensed pool installers, unprofessional. Damaged property, left off parts. AVOID!!! Save yourself a headache!!!
