      My order was cancelled a few days after submitting my order and receiving confirmation that the order had been placed. A couple days later I received an email saying that I had requested that the order be cancelled. When I called Allergy Buyers to ask 1. Why had my order been cancelled? And two. Why is the cancellation reason written down as “at my request”?
      The representative informed after placing me on an extended hold that because the shipping address and the delivery address didn’t match the order was flagged and then cancelled. I asked why did they not contact me prior to cancelling my order? The representative said that Allergy Buyers Club properly followed the company’s operating procedures. They then asked if I would like to replace the order. I declined.
      The representative offered no other explanation. The representative also informed me when I asked, that no discount would be offered to recompense me for expecting delivery but receiving an order cancellation holding me responsible.
      My family has been shopping at Allergy Buyers Club for my whole life. After this experience I don’t think that we will feel secure in giving this company our business.

Our sale records show 2 invoices during 2022: Sales order #********** dated 7-7-22; Sales order #********** dated 6-1-22. There is no subscription on file under your name. We look forward to receiving this information at your convenience.

      Zero stars! I ordered a dehumidifier a month ago at over $300.00. They charged my credit card but I never received my order nor did I ever receive any correspondence regarding shipping or tracking information. This company seems to have changed hands because this isn't what my previous purchases have been like a few years back. I want my money back!
