      The company has been out twice to service a washing machine and will not return phone calls or communicate with the warranty company to order parts. They came out on Oct 2 or 3 and then again two weeks later. When they came out two weeks ago, they said my washer needed a control panel and that still has not been ordered. Today is Nov 9th. ***** answered the phone call and refuses to relay messages on more than one occasion. They have also told the warranty company that they have tried to call when then dont. My washer has not worked for over 6 weeks and the problem is still not rectified and the correct parts have not been ordered.

      I was referred to ACA by ******** **** ****** to fix my washing machine on 4/28. Their customer service is ABHORRENT- A rep from ACA called and did a video chat to ask me to show them the machine and describe what problems I have had- no-in-person eval). After the video chat, I was told different stories( eg: they were only contracted to evaluate the machine-not fix it, the tech forgot to submit his recommendations for replacing my machine). The last time I spoke with the company, the dispatcher rudely stated he did not have ANY information about my repair status. I had to have *** contact ACA to get any answers from them on several occasions (5/17, 5/19,5/23.5/25,5/26). After speaking with *** on 5/24, they stated that ACA has been authorized to fix the washer and no part was needed. Upon speaking to ACA the next day (5/25), *** said there was no part to be ordered , only service to be rendered and they would get back to me when the they reach the tech regarding when he could come to fix the machine. I called back on 5/26 and was told that a "special part" is on order but they do not know when the part will come in. ACA has been dishonest about what is needed to fix my washer (repair vs replacement, whether parts are needed or not ) and is not responsive AT ALL to my calls or concerns. I am DISGUSTED with ACA and the only reason I am dealing with them is because *** chose them to handle my case. If I had to choose, I would NEVER deal with ACA due to issues of unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

      ******** **** ****** sent out a technician to fix one issue with our freezer ice maker on 5/11/2022 under request #********* in the process of doing so the technician broke our ice-making machine and we knew this because it was working up until the technician arrived. We called to have it fixed because it was making too much ice while the tech was working we heard a loud noise he had dropped something and broke the ice maker the machine stopped producing ice. We put in a complaint and requested service ******** **** ****** keeps saying it's under investigation and someone will contact us and won't give any updates to this "investigation." On top of all this they charged us $100 for the tech to come out.After feeling ******** **** ****** failed us we called the contractor giving them the benefit of the doubt I explained to them what had happened and they told us to take it up with ******** **** ******.While I can understand why they were concerned about the time between us reaching out to them I don't feel that they took responsibility or showed care.
