      This company was assigned to us by our home warranty provider. Our fridge wasnt' making ice, and was leaking water every 48 hours or so. We did a "video diagnosis" of the fridge, and the technician came out a few days later to conduct repairs. He didn't seem to have studied our make and model of fridge, because he was fumbling around while removing panels and studying the inner components. He installed a new fan, slapped everything back together, and closed the ticket with the warranty company.
      Needless to say, the fridge was still having the same problems. I reopened the service ticket with my warranty vendor, and that's when all service stopped. No contact from All City for two weeks. After I complained to my warranty vendor, I was put in touch with All City. They apologized, said they were "still researching the problem and looking up parts." They said they had been trying to reach me for two weeks, but couldn't get me. I told them I have no calls from them on my call log, and asked what number they dialed. They read back my phone number. They said they'd call me back later in the day to set up an appointment. Crickets.
      The following week I called them back to ask what was happening. No indication that they had tried to reach me. They said their technician was in the field and they'd call me back later in the day. Crickets. After waiting nearly a month for a completion to my repair ticket, I contacted my warranty provider to cancel the ticket. I explained that All City was NOT responsive, and that I was tired of waiting. They called All City to get more information, and was told that the technician had a death in the family.
      Not sure why All City didn't just tell me that in the first place. Doesn't explain why they never called for four weeks.
      Be wary of these guys. I would not recommend them.
