    I worked with the location in ********. Ordering was easy. They delivered my 15 cubic yards of mulch in two days. The driver read the instructions I gave on where to dump the mulch and called to let me know they were close. The mulch was great, delivery great, customer service great. I would definitely order from them again.

    Absolutely disappointing in the customer service, false promises and as a customer you sit like a lame duck without putting yourself in the customer shoes to accomodate a fail on the part of the business. I ordered river rock, was told it would come on Monday, well Monday came and went, as did Tuesday morning and afternoon. The landscapers that were here waiting were then pulled as there was no rock to lay for the project. I am asking for a refund or partial refund for a project that was delayed due to their lack of committing to what was promised which ended up costing me more.

Throughout the process, you worked closely with our assistant and our Vice President, frequently calling the office and texting the Vice President. Your initial order was scheduled for Monday. When we realized we couldn't deliver on that day, we attempted to inform you but were unable to leave a voicemail due to your full mailbox. Consequently, we rescheduled your delivery for Tuesday.Our terms and conditions state that deliveries can occur anytime between 7 AM and 6 PM, as we cannot guarantee specific time frames due to logistical reasons. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.Regarding your request for a refund, we are unable to accommodate it. While we appreciate the positive interactions you had with our team, we were surprised by your subsequent negative review.     This was the second time that I ordered a soil product and got something completely inferior. This last time I ordered screened topsoil, and what they delivered was so full of pea stone, mulch and clay that I sent an email to ask them to take it away and give me a refund. I've heard nothing.

    Have used them in the past and had been pleased with their services. This season however I had a very bad experience with them. They failed to deliver on they day that we'd scheduled and when we rescheduled for the following week, the delivery driver called a day early to say they were on route to drop it off. When I called the office to inquire about the mix up I was told "I was wasting their time" and hung up on. They delivered the wood and charged me despite being told by the owner that they canceled the order. Alsom the wood is not cut well and many of the logs are rotten and/or not seasoning well. In addition all the wood is covered in dirt for some reason. I'll not be using this company again in the future.

    I've been using Mulch & Stone for several seasons now. They're awesome!
    Great experience from start to finish! The lady in the office is always SO nice in helping me place my order, get the correct quantity and product. She’s great!!
    Delivery was a couple of days after my order (even with the holidays) and the truck shows up, explain to the driver where it’s to be stacked (through the fence gate and up onto the deck in a log holder). He was VERY nice and accommodating and was done more quickly than I had imagined.
    Perfect stacking job! No mess left behind!

    Thoughtful, professional and punctual. They delivered mulch last year and river rock this year exactly when we agreed they would. They even called in advance to make sure the order was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!
