      We used Jenkins for repair...WORST DECISION WE MADE..BROKE THINGS,STOLE THINGS,USED SUBSTANDARD MATERIAL,LIED,ONLY WANTED TO COLLECT A CHECK FOR FAULTY WORK WHICH WORKERS BARELY SHOWED UP. TODAY WE WERE HARASSED BY A WORKER FROM JENKINS SAYING WE OWED THEM BUT WORK WAS NEVER FINISHED..THIS REPAIRS STARTED JAN7,2022 ITS MAY 10,2023. STILL NOT FINISHED, NOT RESPONSIBLE ,RIDES WORK OUT FOR MONEY,STEALS,RUDE AND I Wouldn't recommend to my dog he deserves better!!! I want harassment to stop...Was told lien was placed on our property if so I will see you in court,I will own this sorry company to sell..

      If we could give a zero we would ! We were referred to Jenkins Restoration out of Kent Wa from our very reputable in Insurance adjuster. Our water damage happened 12/28/2022 our first contact with Jenkins Restoration was 1/4/2023. As of today 4/4/2023 we are sitting in our home without a working kitchen. Some cabinets have been put in and not in right location. One cabinet has not arrived yet. Poor workmanship on work that has been done so far. After multiple delays and very poor communication our repair is no where near completion. The estimated completion date was this week 4/3/2023.Today given a new completion date of 4/21/2023: with the following yet to be done : no countertops ordered ; painting of walls and ceilings not started; no repair to cabinets installed wrong including hardware and nail holes in trim questions about flooring and baseboard completion, stove top, vent ,kitchen sink ,oven and microwave yet to be installed! VERY DISATISFIED! Document all contact you have with them

      My Insurance Company wanted me to use Jenkins to restore water damage to my house. Jenkins out of San Antonio Texas are LIERS. Chris called and rudely told me they would not work with me to find someone else! His issue was I questioned paying them in full up front prior to all the work being completed. The moment I mentioned Statutory Retainage Chris refused to do the work. Then he LIED to my adjuster and told him I wanted them to do extra work for free. Extra work was talked about-yes. Free-NO WAY. Chris even LIES unsolicited, like when we were discussing repairs Chris said that Jenkins gives a 3-year warranty on all work. Read the contract Mr. LIER the Warranty is for 1 year. NOW because of Chris and Jenkins lies I still cannot get the insurance company to work with me. Chris told me this was a national company. I have never had a good experience with any national company---they have all been LIERS and Crooks. Jenkins reps only lied never had a chance to steal from me.

      My home was flooded as the result of a plumbing accident, and Nationwide insurance company advised me to use their preferred vendor (not mine ). I wanted my house back to normal ASAP, and didn't want to make it any harder or have to wait longer for my repairs, so I accepted their recommendation. I now wish I had gone with Larry, Moe and Curly's demolition, babysitting and more ! Jenkins Restoration is still in my house and they're just now patching the walls and it's a month in. If you ever want to know the status of your project you better invest in Ms. Cleo your psychic advisor, because these cats will definitely keep you guessing and on your toes, . Communication is not their forte! God forbid you have a life, because Jenkins Restoration never gives you advance notice of when they are arriving, and if they do, they keep you waiting all day! I was under the impression that project managers were supposed to be organized and have a better grasp of their projects timeline and provide that to the customer (I should know because I have done it), but not my guy, he's the gift that doesn't keep on giving. Who does remediation work that doesn't appear remediated, Jenkins Restoration that's who! The workers don't cover up the work area (I had to request it), don't clean up after themselves (again requested), don't advise you on what they are doing; and if they do they are asking you for information you have not been informed about, and they leave the door open allowing for flies to enter my house! I would have been better off going with a different company! They appear to take on more work than they can manage and are scrambling to get contractor's to do the work, then the work is rushed and corners cut. I have a pet peeve, that if someone I'm doing business with bad-mouths a competitor, or the company that gave them the opportunity, I shut it down, especially if you do exactly what you bad-mouthed them about!

      Extremely poor communications. They do not respond or return calls. They have taken 90% of project payment but no work . 5 months. Huge effort ito get them to return calls or text.

      I felt that I had to share my experience after reading all of the negative comments. I had a water issue from my air conditioner that damaged the sheet rock and flooring in my bedroom and hall closet. Mr. Herrera, the mitigation specialist and his intern responded in a timely manner and was very professional. He assessed the problem and sent out their contents specialist to remove my bedroom furniture. The two women who arrived were amazing and I hate that I cannot remember their names. They immediately went to work moving heavy furniture with care mindful of the flooring. They worked continuously until the task was completed.
      Mr. Herrera and his intern stopped by every day to see how the flooring and walls were drying….everyday. They removed sheet rock and the flooring and treated spots of mold.
      The job is not completed and I have no issue returning and addressing any problems as needed.
      You have to be your own advocate and not be afraid to voice your feelings on what’s being done in your home. Speak up and contact your claims adjuster if you cannot resolve issues with the contractor.

      Jenkins Restorations in Virginia Beach is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I've had two pipes burst in the past couple of years and they will always be the company I call for remediation. During this year's situation, I worked with C Page and C Laska and they were as fabulous as expected. They worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Any questions I had were answered with knowledge and confidence. It always puts me at ease when people know what they're talking about and I don't have to go on a google deep dive trying to figure out how something works. Not only are they very responsive throughout the process, but they're always friendly despite some days working very long hours on other jobs. Truly: save yourself the trouble of calling anyone else and just call Jenkins Restorations. I hope I don't see ya'll for a while haha, but if I do I know I'm actually in good hands. Thank you again!
