    I purchased my vehicle on 10/31/23. On 11/4/23 (5 day grace period) I took my vehicle to a personal mechanic to check to make sure the vehicle was OK and working condition my mechanic inform me that the vehicle needed the following : Left side engine mount , busted parts and Labor Needs 4 tires Needs engine full turn up. The wireless car charger is not working either. I tried calling the manager twice and he did not pick up the phone. I’m assuming that he had my sales rep Matt Jackson to give me a call back. When I spoke to *** ******* , he informed me that I signed the paperwork, saying that everything with the vehicle was fine. He also informed me that the dealer did there require checks and everything was fine. If everything was fine with the vehicle? Why is my mechanic saying that it is something different. That is bad business and now I am stuck with this bill. *** ******* informed me that he spoke with his manager and unfortunately, it was nothing they could do , I inform *** ******* that I will be taking my complaint to the BBB. I am well aware of my rights as a car buyer in Maryland.
