I purchased a car from Moore on 9/30/2024 from the salesman Simi Odugbose. I initially went to check the car out with alot of flaws and then got bullied into buying the car with the sales manager, They claimed that my car had many flaws and had mediocre tires and other flaws. I asked about 2 keys for the car and conveniently they produced a second key that looked like the cars key but not for my car.. I purchased new batteries for the fob and still not working with the car. The key did not fit either. They are crooks. I noticed the car I traded was their website for $7,487.00 within week of my trade in. They claim they do all this stuff to get the car ********* I noticed that that my old car is now listed at Safe Auto.. Apparently Moore Cadillac is associated with the crooks behind them on ********************. Stay away from these dealerships unless you like getting ripped off.

My name is Mary Beth P******* and I needed road assistance on Thursday, March 28th, and paid $82 ahead of time through "UrgentLy" which asks for your credit card payment method. Long story short but, the dispatcher and I needed to get in touch with the manager at the Chantilly location. I paid through UrgentLy for him to unlock my car but, thanks to Tim Carter from Alexandria that told me I had a key in the fob. i got it unlocked on my own until my dispatcher, Andrew arrived. So I asked Andrew if he could jump start it and he said he'll have to ask his manager . He said it'd be $150 to jump start it and if the battery was dead, it'd be another $400. First of all, I"m in Alexandria and I don't know why I didn't have their dispatcher help out. I'm hearing impaired and I didn't feel safe or secure at that time. I"ve had great experience with Cadillac until now ...thinking of switching car companies. Andrew's manager finally got in touch and his reply via text was very rude and unprofessional.
I read the text myself and it said " Tell Ms. P******* she has to pay the $150 for the jump start or tell her to have a good day". I was very hurt when I saw that comment !! I told Andrew I didn't need his services as I had help from a neighbor. Ten minutes later, Andrew arrives back and asks if I got it started....nope..still trying to start it and he came around to the engine and silently just picked up the black box covering the battery and next thing, we noticed he was gone. SO weird!! Worst people's skills! AND, the manager, DENNIS S**** is just not appropriate or helpful!! I'm still very disappointed!!

NOT A SAFE PLACE!!! Stay away!!!
PLEASE whatever you do, please do not buy a car from this very shady dealership!!!! ????????
I felt physically threaten in a way I have never felt in my life. We are kind and professional people. This dealership is not. Michael Dwyer, sales manager, became completely unhinged today when we tried to return a 2017 Toyota Camry. Mike yelled at me on the phone the day before and we did not feel good about doing business with a company so unprofessional and deplorable. Boy did we make the right call. Mike refused to listen to our calm explanations today and threatened to call the cops on us, got in our face and yelled get out! He treated us like dogs and kept laughing. At one point he came from behind his desk in a very threatening manner. My hubs had to step in to protect me. Why would this man threaten in this way? Also he recorded and took pictures of me on his phone without my permission. I had no choice but to record as well since the situation was getting scary. Women please be aware this is a scary place and YOU ARE NOT SAFE if you have to deal with this guy. He yelled at me that we were cheap and they won.
We are so glad to have our money back and will gladly spend more at a real dealership with a professional sales team.
****Buyer beware on that 2017 Toyota, Mike tried to discourage us from doing a pre purchase inspection. We did it anyway. Back tires need replacing and one has a nail in it. Based on our experience they are going to sell this car to you as is.
Also Matt J****** was wonderful to work with and we may still have the car if we only worked with him. Unfortunately, Mike is a manger here and does not seem like he is in the proper headspace to have a basic conversations with customers.

I clearly mentioned list of 3 problems i had with vehicle.

Service advisor wrote issue in his words on the paper we both understood the problem .
But he wrote in a different technical manner where i did sign paper while dropping off car but mechanic was never able to understand what my instructions were or he was not able to understand what advisor wrote.

Service department Manager told me on the phone while ignoring my request as a customer there’s nothing you can do you have to pay another fee have a good day .

    i said thank you

I Custom ordered a new Escalade V 7 months ago from Moore Cadillac, and the dealership and I agreed to a price of MSRP. After doing my due diligence locally I seeked out this dealership as they were the only ones advertising that they would not be charging a premium on top of MSRP. I was asked for a $5000 deposit. I did so, when it was time to take delivery of the vehicle 7 months later I was told by the dealership and finance manager that I would not have a choice to finance the vehicle nor was I allowed to pay cash for the vehicle. Instead, I was only FORCEFULLY told to lease the vehicle with a markup of 100 points onto their money factor added to the MSRP at the end of the day. For context this equated to a premium of about $600 more per month on the lease. Both the finance manager and sales director (Mike D****) told me its a standard practice. The finance manager stated this was a standard practice of the dealership, and that if I could afford this truck then I could afford to pay the markup. The finance manager spoke to me in a most condescending tone and told me "this is what you are going to do, take it or leave it." I was incredibly upset and asked for a few days to process this as this was in no way shape or form what was discussed when I left the deposit back in July 2022. In the interim of processing this egregious and shady sales tactic I had a death in my family, which I mentioned when the Sales Director (Mike D****) called me to try and strong arm me into either filling out a credit application or they will take the vehicle away from me. His cold and callous response was The crookedness and heartless business practices of this dealership left me with no choice but to not accept their deceitful business practices. They never intended to sell me this vehicle at MSRP as agreed, instead they thought I was a desperate fool willing to go along with their strong arm business practices to take a vehicle with an insane markup.
