Purchased a landscaping design on April 3, 2024. As of today, May 27, 2024:1.The installation team from Meadows Farms on April 30, 2024 did not complete the installation as planned.2.Weed Barrier Fabric needs to be installed.3.Three (3) Sky ****** ***** 7 Gallon plants need to be installed. After several attempts to schedule installation for the aforementioned items, it appears that Meadows Farms has abandoned the installation and does not plan to complete the installation as agreed. In addition to the installation items, the Meadows Farms installation team damaged my property during installation on April 30, 2024 (i.e., yard and downspout damage). The damage to my property needs to be restored by Meadows Farms back to its original form.

I purchased a plant red twig dogwood on April 5 2023. The dogwood was $53.00 plus tax. We noticed that it was not doing great at the end of February 2024. but it was still living so we could not return it. We have been checking it since it should be starting to bloom but in the past week noticed that it is dead. We went to return it on April 12, but our return was rejected because it was past the one-year ***** We explained that we were trying to see if it would live and that now is the time to check because it would start to bloom. We were told that if we bought it later we would have had more time to see if it thrived. At the time I purchased this I spent about $350.00 and was only trying to return one item.

On April 2, 2022, I contracted Meadows Farms to do spring clean up and install plants around my yard, but they have not completed the work as per the contract. They have not refunded me for a plant that died. They overpruned a bush that continues to die in several places. They did not prune another set of bushes as described in the contract - per contract "...Euyonomous hedge would be flat topped ..starting at stoop...cut back to 3' level and levelled across". The work was for $8293.00. Meadows Farms contractors arrived July 5 and completed the work on July 6th. I first contact Meadows Farms on July 8th with my concerns. I did not receive a response and sent a follow up email on July 19th. On July 25th, someone responded. We exchange emails where I sent photos regarding the plants I was concerned about. On July 27th, I clearly listed the three concerns which I needed addressed: "1) The Geranium Karmina died the day it was planted. It dried up by the evening and has not come back. I am requesting a refund for the plant or for a new plant. 2) The Euyonomous bush was not pruned as per the contract. I am requesting that someone come back and complete the work. 3) The area that has the juniper and the japanese boxwood(?) has been overpruned and is unsightly. I would like compensation." The person stated that he scheduled an inspector to come on August 5th. The inspector called me on August 3rd, at which point I said that I wouldn't not be home August 5th after 2:30pm, so could he please arrive before then. The inspector stated that I did not need to be home when he arrived, and I said that I wanted to be home to show him the areas about which I was concerned. I called the inspector on August 5th to see when he was coming, but he did not answer the call. He arrived when I was away and left an inspection report saying all plants were alive and to keep watering. I have no faith Meadows Farms will honor their contract without outside help.
