    I purchased 2 vacuum switches that were never shipped. It looks like they did at least create a shipping label, but it was never used. *** eventually cancelled the label and invalidated the tracking number. Calls to their customer service line are answered, but no resolution is given. They just say they will look into it. From what I can tell, their customer service is a generic outsourced line. You cannot contact anyone who is actually involved with the company. Each time I asked to speak to someone actually with the company, the customer service rep said he couldn't do that and all he could do is pass along the concern. After multiple calls over several days, there has been no resolution. As of the time i am writing this, I haven't even had someone reach out to me, or confirm in any way that things are being looked into or being addressed. Because of the lack of willingness for them to reply, I had to submit a dispute with the credit card company looking for a chargeback.

    On June 5 I went on ****** and ordered 3 vacuum filters from a third party seller named Top VacuumParts that said they would fit my ******* ***** vacuum cleaner. I received the filters on June 15. none of the filters fit the vacuum. I have since seen other customers writing the same thing about the filters in their reviews of the product. After almost a month of asking for a return label, I finally received one after ****** stepped in. I returned the filters and after tracking the shipment, they were received by Top VacuumParts on 7/13. I have now been going back and forth with this seller asking for a refund of my $19.42 but this was their response: ul 22, 2022 12:34 AM Dear Customer,We will issue a full refund to you but before that we request you to please remove the negative feedback. The feedback you gave really affects our account health and we are trying our best to resolve this issue. Please use the link below to remove the feedback. Just asking for a small favor but it means a lot.**********************************************************************I explained that my feedback was an honest one and that I would not rescind it as I wanted other potential customers to know that this company is being dishonest. I told them I'd give them until today to refund my credit card or I would file a complaint with the BBB. As of today, I still have not received the refund.
